Voters and people also highly appreciate the organization and implementation of activities to show gratitude, visit and present gifts to families of policy beneficiaries and people with revolutionary contributions; believe in the correct and timely leadership, direction and administration of the Party, National Assembly and Government in the context of the world situation continuing to develop complicatedly, with many difficulties and challenges, but our country's socio-economy remains basically stable and continues to develop.

Voters and people also expressed their joy and excitement with the important results of the Party building and rectification work, especially the work of preventing and combating corruption and negativity, which has been carried out resolutely, words go hand in hand with actions, without exceptions, without forbidden areas, becoming a trend, contributing to strengthening the trust of voters and people in the Party and State; highly appreciating the public and strict trial of the "Rescue Flight" case.

Voters and people are happy because the Government has directed not to increase tuition fees for the 2023-2024 school year to reduce the burden on people with children going to school. Concerns about landslides, subsidence, and flash floods in some localities

However, according to the Head of the Petition Committee Phan Thanh Binh, voters and people are still concerned and worried about landslides, subsidence, and flash floods in some localities; especially the serious landslide at Bao Loc Pass that caused the loss of lives of 3 traffic police officers and 1 citizen; the flood in Yen Bai caused great damage to people and property, the overflow system of the waste reservoir in Ta Phoi commune, Lao Cai city caused significant damage to property...

On the other hand, the production and business situation, labor market and employment face many difficulties; prices of raw materials, fuel, gas, consumer goods and essential items for production and life tend to increase.

Along with that, the business and use of stimulants and addictive substances are increasingly appearing and targeting mainly teenagers; the situation of personal information being widely sold online and exploited for online fraud; the situation of fraud in the form of free travel continues to occur; the management and inspection of donation money at religious and belief establishments still has many limitations; the implementation of VAT refund responsibilities of the Tax Authority for export enterprises has had a great impact on capital, production and business activities and reputation of enterprises...

In addition to some issues that voters have reflected, the Government and the Prime Minister have issued documents directing and resolving them in the past time. It is recommended that the Government and the Prime Minister pay more attention and direct more strongly some issues that voters are currently interested in and concerned about.

That is, directing competent authorities to inspect, evaluate, and find out the causes of many landslides and subsidence incidents in some localities to have appropriate solutions to ensure the safety of people's lives, health, and property; continue to implement solutions to stabilize prices of essential goods, stabilize production and business for people and businesses.

At the same time, direct strict and deterrent handling of business activities, enticement, and encouragement of the use of stimulants and addictive substances; verify, clarify, and strictly handle cases of fraud in the form of free tourism; strengthen the management and inspection of donation money at religious and belief establishments...; direct the Ministry of Finance to promptly rectify the implementation of VAT refund responsibilities of the Tax Authority for tax refund requests that have fully complied with tax refund regulations.

In addition, according to the report of the Government Inspectorate and the Ministry of Public Security, in July 2023, the situation of complaints and denunciations tended to decrease compared to June 2023.

At the Central Citizen Reception Headquarters, agencies received 332 visits with 875 citizens coming to complain, denounce, petition, and reflect, a decrease of 117 visits and 117 cases compared to June 2023.
