At the conference, delegates focused on reflecting on issues related to Party building, urban order management, ensuring traffic order and safety, environmental sanitation, and people's lives. This clearly demonstrated the pivotal role of grassroots officials in understanding the situation and promptly reflecting the legitimate concerns and aspirations of the people.
With 12 opinions raised at the conference, the Standing Committee of the Ward Party Committee requested functional units to consider and specifically respond to each content, demonstrating the open-mindedness and responsibility of the ward's Party committee and government in leadership, direction, and management.
Regarding the key directions and tasks for January 2026, the Party Committee of Cua Nam Ward has determined to continue focusing on information and propaganda work; proactively grasping the situation of the people, ethnic groups, and religions; promptly detecting and handling prominent and complex issues; and ensuring absolute security and safety in the area before, during, and after the 14th National Congress of the Party. In addition, the ward will focus on leading and directing the successful organization of the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and deputies to the People's Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term in the area, ensuring compliance with regulations.
The ward Party Committee also directed the successful completion of the recruitment and conscription of citizens into the military and the fulfillment of military service obligations in 2026; and the effective implementation of the Plan for economic, cultural, and social development in 2026…
In his concluding remarks at the conference, Comrade Nguyen Hoang Truong, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Council of Cua Nam Ward, respectfully acknowledged all the opinions of the delegates; and at the same time requested relevant departments and units to promptly resolve the legitimate requests from the grassroots level.
The Secretary of the Party Committee of Cua Nam Ward also requested that the Party Committee, government, Fatherland Front, political and social organizations, along with cadres, Party members, and people in the area, compete to achieve outstanding results to welcome the 14th National Congress of the Party; and strengthen the fight against and refutation of erroneous and hostile viewpoints.
The entire Party Committee will continue to strictly implement the Party branch meeting regime; promote administrative reform, improve the quality of receiving citizens, resolving petitions, complaints, and denunciations; and strengthen discipline and order in the performance of official duties... Comrade Nguyen Hoang Truong affirmed that the Standing Committee of the Ward Party Committee will continue to listen to and work alongside the grassroots, ensuring that tasks are implemented in a practical, coordinated, and effective manner.
