The Political Department, General Department of Logistics and Engineering comprehensively deploys tasks for 2025

On the afternoon of December 2, the Political Department, General Department of Logistics and Technology held a conference to summarize the work of 2025. The report and opinions presented at the conference unanimously affirmed: In 2025, the Political Bureau closely followed political tasks and practical situations, implemented comprehensively, focused, and key tasks, completed both regular and ad hoc programs and plans, and completed many tasks well.

Notable are: Well implementing the Ministry of National Defense 's Decision on merging the General Department of Logistics and the General Department of Engineering and reorganizing into the General Department of Logistics and Engineering; advising on perfecting the organization, staff, Party committees, Party organizations, political agencies, political cadres, cadres at all levels and mass organizations after the merger; conducting political and ideological education, task education, law enforcement, discipline; propaganda, emulation and reward work; organizing party congresses at all levels in the General Department for the 2025 - 2030 term. Inspection and supervision work was closely implemented, contributing to strengthening discipline and order in the Party. Personnel work was implemented in accordance with principles, regulations, processes and regulations. Participating in competitions and the 25th Creative Youth Award in the Army with high achievements. Internal work of the Department was maintained and implemented seriously, achieving quality and efficiency.

In 2025, the Political Department was awarded 4 certificates of merit from the Ministry of National Defense, 1 certificate of merit from the General Department of Politics, 1 certificate of merit from the General Department of Logistics and Engineering; the Department was proposed to be awarded the Emulation Flag of the Ministry of National Defense. The political and ideological situation in the Department is stable; officers and soldiers have a sense of responsibility, high determination, ready to receive and complete well all assigned tasks.

Recognizing, praising, and appreciating the results achieved by the Political Department in 2025, in his speech at the conference, Lieutenant General Do Van Thien requested that in 2026, the Political Department continue to proactively do a good job of advising and proposing to the Party Committee and the General Department's commanders in leading, directing and guiding Party and political activities in tasks; building discipline and training discipline. Strengthening education and ideological management; promoting propaganda towards the country's major political events. Strictly implementing the personnel work process; maintaining internal security, especially cyber security. Well organizing the 2026 Emulation Movement to Win and launching and implementing emulation campaigns to celebrate anniversaries and important political events of the Party, State, Army, and General Department.

At the conference, the Political Bureau launched the 2026 Emulation Movement for Victory with the theme "Solidarity, discipline, breakthrough, creativity, determination to win" with the guiding ideology being: Strengthening solidarity, maintaining discipline, determination to break through, innovate, well implementing the content of "2 steadfastness, 2 promotion and 2 prevention", excellently completing the task.

On this occasion, the Political Bureau commended collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in the 2025 Emulation Movement and 4 Party organizations and 20 Party members who excellently completed their tasks in 2025.
