Accordingly, in order to implement the direction of the Prime Minister and the Ministry of Transport on strengthening measures to ensure the reception of the Lunar New Year of Giap Thin 2024, the Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam has directed airlines, airports, and aviation service providers to review the entire process, develop service plans, arrange human resources, infrastructure, equipment, and vehicles at airports, ensuring readiness for the exploitation plan, serving the peak of the Lunar New Year of Giap Thin and the Spring Festival 2024, ensuring order and safety of air traffic.
Up to now, according to the data reported by airlines and to meet the travel needs of the people, the Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam has granted flight permits to airlines to add more flights to/from airports, focusing on operating hours at night.

Airlines will increase night flights during the 2024 Lunar New Year peak season.
The above provinces and cities review and request other transportation service providers in the area such as taxis and technology cars to increase operating hours and the number of vehicles coming to the airport to serve customers in need, especially passengers on night flights to/from the airport.
Localities direct inspection agencies, units, and local police to coordinate with airport authorities and airports to strengthen inspection, supervision, and maintain security and order at airports, promptly handle emerging and urgent situations, and promptly detect and strictly handle organizations and individuals involved in illegal vehicles, passenger solicitation, price gouging, and illegal ticket price increases .
