The Department of Trade Remedies announces the receipt of a request for review of anti-dumping measures on prestressed steel cable products originating from Malaysia, the Kingdom of Thailand and the People's Republic of China.

On January 14, 2025, the Ministry of Industry and Trade issued Decision No. 143/QD-BCT on the application of official anti-dumping measures on prestressed steel wire rope products originating from Malaysia, the Kingdom of Thailand and the People's Republic of China (case code AD17).

Pursuant to Article 51 of Decree 86/2025/ND-CP, the Department of Trade Remedies (Investigation Agency) announces the receipt of the review dossier at the request of the relevant party on the application of anti-dumping tax on prestressed steel cable products originating from Malaysia, the Kingdom of Thailand and the People's Republic of China.

Accordingly, the relevant parties as prescribed in Article 56 of Decree No. 86/2025/ND-CP have the right to submit a request for review. The request for review must include full information and documents as prescribed in Clause 1, Article 57 of Decree No. 86/2025/ND-CP.

The deadline for receiving applications is December 14, 2025.
