The emulation cluster of the Vietnam Fatherland Front in the Central Highlands and Red River Delta provinces summarizes its activities for 2025.

Attending the conference were: Ms. Nguyen Thi Huong, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Ms. Nguyen Thi Ha, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Bac Ninh Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, Head of the Emulation Cluster of the Fatherland Front Committees of the Central Highlands and Red River Delta provinces in 2025; representatives of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, and leaders of the Fatherland Front Committees of 6 provinces.

Speaking at the conference, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Thi Huong highly appreciated the achievements of the Emulation Cluster in 2025. She also emphasized: 2025 is a particularly important year, as the country implements the revolution to streamline the organizational structure and rearrange administrative units within the political system; it is the final year of implementing the Resolution of the Provincial Party Congress for the 2020-2025 term and the 5-year socio-economic development plan for 2021-2025; alongside advantages, Bac Ninh faces many difficulties and challenges, especially complex and unpredictable natural disasters that directly affect economic development and social life.

Within the framework of the conference, Comrade Nguyen Thi Huong and the delegates visited the booth displaying and introducing OCOP products from Bac Ninh province.

With the attention and guidance of the Central Party Committee, the National Assembly , the Government, and central ministries and agencies; the unity, consensus, and high determination of Party committees and governments at all levels; under the centralized leadership of the Provincial Party Committee; the effective supervision of the Provincial People's Council; the decisive direction of the Provincial People's Committee; and the efforts of the entire political system, the joint efforts of the business community and the people of all ethnic groups in the province, Bac Ninh has seized opportunities, exploited its potential and advantages, focused on implementing comprehensive and effective solutions, and achieved many outstanding results.

Among these significant achievements is the contribution of the Fatherland Front at all levels, playing a central and core role in gathering and building the great national unity, contributing to the successful implementation of socio-economic development goals, and maintaining political security and social order throughout the province.

Providing a brief overview of the province's economic, social, and organizational structure over the past period, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Nguyen Thi Huong, emphasized: The summary conference is an opportunity to evaluate the results of the Front's activities over the past year, to exchange and discuss ways to continue coordinating and effectively implementing Front work and building the great national unity bloc of the provinces in the Emulation Cluster in particular and of the whole country in general in the coming time, and also an opportunity for Bac Ninh province to welcome delegates to visit and learn more about the land and people of Bac Ninh.

The comrade expressed gratitude for the regular and effective guidance, direction, and support from the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front; and the coordination and assistance from the Fatherland Front Committees of the provinces in the Red River Delta and Central Highlands regarding the work of the Fatherland Front in particular, and the task of building and consolidating the great national unity in general, of Bac Ninh province in the past period. He also hoped to continue receiving much affection, attention, sharing, and assistance from neighboring provinces, contributing to building Bac Ninh province into an increasingly prosperous, beautiful, and civilized place.

In 2025, the entire political system will focus on implementing a revolution in organizational restructuring towards a streamlined, effective, and efficient system, operating a two-tiered local government model; it will also be the year of organizing the Congresses of the Vietnam Fatherland Front at all levels, and the Congresses of political and social organizations for the 2025-2030 term. In this context, the Fatherland Front in the provinces within the Emulation Cluster has paid attention to leading and directing the implementation of tasks related to consolidating the organizational structure, innovating the content and methods of operation, ensuring a streamlined, effective, and efficient system in accordance with the conclusions and resolutions of the Central Committee and local Party committees.

The organization of the Fatherland Front Congresses at all levels within the Emulation Cluster was carried out seriously, on schedule, and in accordance with regulations; many localities set forth breakthrough tasks and practical action programs, demonstrating the strong determination of the Fatherland Front system to innovate in the new term and new model.

Following the directives of the Central Committee and the political tasks of each locality, the Fatherland Front of the provinces in the Emulation Cluster continues to innovate the content and methods of propaganda, mobilization, and gathering of the people in a way that is close to the grassroots, diverse in form, and ensures practicality and effectiveness.

Effectively solicit public opinion on the draft Resolution amending and supplementing several articles of the 2013 Constitution and other draft legal documents and other documents submitted by agencies and units for comments. Successfully mobilize significant social resources to care for, support, and provide Tet gifts; implement relief activities in accordance with regulations; and, in particular, promptly issue appeals and effectively carry out the work of mobilizing, receiving, and utilizing funds and goods donated to overcome the consequences of typhoons No. 10 and 11, and support the central provinces affected by floods.

The emulation cluster awarded a flag to the Ninh Binh Provincial Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front as the Head of the Emulation Cluster of provinces in the Red River Delta and Midlands in 2026.

Actively implement and prepare well for the organization of the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and the election of deputies to People's Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term; consultation, guidance, and inspection of election work...

In her closing remarks at the conference, on behalf of the Cluster Leader unit for 2025, Ms. Nguyen Thi Ha expressed her sincere gratitude for the close attention and guidance of the Standing Committee of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, and the full and responsible participation of the leaders and delegates from the provinces in the Emulation Cluster. She emphasized that the units in the Cluster have demonstrated a spirit of solidarity, innovation, proactiveness, and creativity, comprehensively fulfilling all assigned tasks.

The conference unanimously agreed on the action program for 2026 with many key tasks: Continuing to strengthen propaganda and mobilization of the people to successfully implement the Party's resolutions; improving the quality of social supervision and criticism; innovating the methods of organizing emulation movements and campaigns; promoting self-governance and building united, prosperous, and happy residential areas. Continuing to consolidate the organizational structure and improve the quality of the Front's cadres; and preparing well for participation in the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term.

On this occasion, the Emulation Cluster unanimously proposed that the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front award the Emulation Flag for outstanding performance to the Bac Ninh Provincial Fatherland Front Committee; and award Certificates of Merit from the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front to the Thai Nguyen and Hung Yen Provincial Fatherland Front Committees. At the same time, the Ninh Binh Provincial Fatherland Front Committee was honored as the Head of the Emulation Cluster of provinces in the Red River Delta and Midlands for 2026.
