Competition cluster 3: Spreading many creative models

In 2025, the units in the cluster proactively built pilot models, creating a clear mark in the work of the front and emulation movements. The highlight is promoting the application of information technology, digital transformation associated with building civilized urban areas.

Cau Giay Ward pioneered the model of "Digital Transformation and AI Class" for the elderly; at the same time, hosted the National Launching Ceremony of online public service support teams.

Tay Ho Ward launched the campaign "45 days and nights of support for digital transformation activities", spreading the model of "Digital Neighborhood - Digital Family", maintaining 96 "Mobile Digital Education" points to support people in installing and using software.

Tay Tuu and Phu Dien wards deploy the model "Digital mailbox - Front listening to people's opinions", contributing to enhancing interaction between the government and the people.

Meanwhile, Thuong Cat ward was chosen as the host unit for the Congress of Vietnam Fatherland Front delegates at the commune and ward levels for the 2025-2030 term. Phu Thuong Ward launched the movement "Phu Thuong Green - Clean - Beautiful - Action from the heart", building "Model urban civilized alleys" with 40 participating alleys.

The models of “Blooming Road” and “Model Blooming Mural Road” have been effectively implemented by Phu Dien and Nghia Do wards. Phu Dien alone has built 4 garbage collection houses worth more than 60 million VND through the model “Recycled plastic bottles continue the journey”.

Social security work and the mobilization of the “For the Poor” Fund continued to achieve positive results. Thuong Cat Ward supported the construction of a Great Unity House worth 80 million VND and provided livelihoods to 17 households worth more than 374 million VND; Nghia Do Ward repaired 2 houses worth 87 million VND. Cau Giay Ward awarded 549 gifts, scholarships and 7 wheelchairs to people with disabilities with a total cost of more than 420 million VND. Nghia Do, Yen Hoa and Cau Giay wards donated 200 million VND to the City's Fund for the Poor.

Speaking at the conference, Comrade Hoang Thu Hong, Head of the Propaganda and Social Work Department of the Vietnam Fatherland Front in Hanoi, acknowledged and commended the results achieved by Emulation Cluster No. 3 in 2025. She emphasized the efforts, sense of responsibility and good results in completing the tasks, although the operation time of the commune-level Fatherland Front after the merger was only more than 5 months. Comrade Hoang Thu Hong requested the units in the cluster to continue promoting the achievements, maintain solidarity and unity, focus on innovating the content and methods of operation to excellently complete the key tasks in 2026.
