On April 17, at Vinh Long University of Technical Education, the 23rd National Physics Olympiad for Students in 2021, organized by the Ministry of Education and Training in coordination with the Vietnam Physics Association, closed.
After 3 days of exciting competition (April 14-17), 206 students and 89 lecturers from 36 universities and academies completed the competitions. As a result, Vinh Long University of Technical Education won 3 first prizes in the multiple choice competition, 2 first prizes in the experimental competition and 2 third prizes in the exercise competition, excellently winning the first prize for the whole group.
The organizing committee also awarded 15 second prizes and 8 third prizes. The team from Ho Chi Minh City University of Education was awarded a special prize.
In each contest, the Organizing Committee awarded 15 first prizes for multiple-choice tests, 10 first prizes for experimental tests and 11 prizes for exercise solving tests.
Also at the closing ceremony, the Organizing Committee announced the decision to establish and recognize the Executive Committee of the Physics Association of Vinh Long province consisting of 4 members. This creates a bridge and opportunity to further promote the teaching, learning and research of physics at all levels of education in the province.
The 24th National Student Physics Olympiad in 2022 will be held at Phenikaa University ( Hanoi ).
