Online contest to promote administrative reform in Cao Bang province in 2025

In order to inform and propagate to raise awareness among cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers about the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws on the importance of administrative reform (AR) and promote the positivity of cadres, civil servants and public employees in participating in the implementation of the State's overall PAR Program for the period 2021 - 2030, Cao Bang province organizes an online contest to propagate the administrative reform work of Cao Bang province in 2025.

According to the rules, the contest is launched and organized in the entire Cao Bang province. Contestants are cadres, civil servants, public employees, workers, and soldiers in the armed forces working at agencies, organizations, and units in the province; Other subjects (not cadres, civil servants, public employees, and soldiers of the armed forces) are Vietnamese citizens aged 18 and over, currently living, working, and studying in Cao Bang province; Subjects not allowed to participate in the contest: Members of the Contest Organizing Committee, the Secretariat and the unit providing and managing the online contest software system during the contest organization process.

The online contest to promote administrative reform aims to raise public awareness of the importance of administrative reform.

The content of the exam is to answer multiple-choice questions on knowledge about the Party's guidelines, policies and laws of the State, documents of ministries, central branches and provinces on administrative reform fields in the period of 2021 - 2030 related to: direction and administration of administrative reform, institutional reform, administrative procedure reform, administrative procedure control, reform of apparatus organization, civil service regime, public finance, e-government, digital government...
