During 12 years working at Ly Thuong Kiet Primary School (Cu M'gar - Dak Lak ), I was fortunate to work and learn from many excellent colleagues. In particular, the person who left the deepest impression on me was Mr. Phan Trong Anh - the school's principal. Not only me, but also for the staff, teachers and students of Ly Thuong Kiet Primary School, Mr. Trong Anh is always considered a bright light for many generations to follow.

Care for each student

Mr. Trong Anh always believes that each student is a unique individual, with different circumstances and living environments, so he has his own advantages and disadvantages. Understanding that, he not only strives to create the best conditions for students in studying but also cares about the health and personal life of each student.

Teacher Trong Anh gives bicycles to students

I still remember clearly the first time I witnessed the teacher's devotion to his students. One rainy morning, I saw him patiently chatting with a little student who was late for school by the school gate. Instead of reminding him, he gently asked the reason. The student shyly replied, "Sir, because I walked, the distance was far, so I couldn't make it on time."

Through a brief conversation, the teacher learned that the boy had to walk to school because his family could not afford to buy a bicycle. His father died early, his mother worked far away, and he lived with his elderly grandparents, who could not take him to school. Sympathizing with the student's situation, the teacher consoled him: "The road to school is far, but I believe you have the willpower to go. You are still young, but you are very good at walking like that! Next time, we will try to go a little earlier."

Next, the teacher quickly thought of a way to help the little student. He took the lead in donating money and at the same time directed the school's Youth Union to launch the "Piggy Bank" and "Waste Paper Collection" movements to support students in difficult circumstances. Thanks to the teacher's dedication and warm heart, the boy not only had a new bicycle, but also had more faith in the future and in many good things when living in the spirit of mutual love of the school community where he was studying.

Another time, on the first day of the new school year, the teacher discovered that a student did not have enough books to study. He only had a few old books with torn covers. The teacher asked, encouraged and immediately bought more books and school supplies to help the student feel secure in studying.

Mr. Trong Anh also pays attention to the issue of health care for students. He has many times purchased health insurance for poor students, helping them to have comprehensive health protection and their families to worry less about medical expenses when they are sick. He told me: "Every student has the right to receive full care, I will try not to let any student feel abandoned."

Mr. Trong Anh's words and actions are always simple but demonstrate humanity in everyday life. This is a vivid practical lesson about kindness and humanity that he always wants to convey to students and teachers in the school. He confided: "The teaching profession is the engineer of the mind. soul. We not only teach culture but also teach them to love, to dream and to be responsible for themselves, their families and society.".

Mr. Trong Anh not only emphasizes expertise but also takes the time to learn and closely follow each student's development to promptly discover each student's strengths. Thereby, he supports and creates the best conditions for students to develop from their own strengths.

I remember, one time during recess, a teacher complained about a student's math performance in class. Hearing that, the teacher smiled and gently said to the teacher: "Although My Tam is not good at math, she sings very well. A singer who sings well is not necessarily good at math. Each person is born with their own strengths, the important thing is that we must encourage them to develop their abilities well. Never let any student feel inferior because they are not good at a certain field, but help them be confident in the strengths they have." Next, the teacher encouraged the teacher and students to try to overcome obstacles to achieve the results they want.

His words made me realize that education is not only about imparting knowledge but also the art of nurturing the soul and developing the individual potential of each student. He always believes that each student has his own value that needs to be encouraged and motivated, so that they can develop their full potential. Therefore, he often directs departments and organizations in the school to organize extracurricular activities to help students interact with each other, demonstrate their strengths, practice life skills and be confident in front of a crowd.

Dedication and compassion light up a happy school

Under the leadership of Mr. Trong Anh, Ly Thuong Kiet Primary School has achieved many proud achievements. The school not only improves the quality of education but also builds a friendly working and learning environment, where staff, teachers and students all feel respected and loved in the true sense of a "Happy School" .

For many years, the school has been awarded the title of "Friendly School, Active Students" and has been recognized as one of the typical schools of Cu M'gar district. Mr. Phan Trong Anh, with 50 years of age and nearly 30 years of experience, has quietly sowed the seeds of love, inspired and awakened potential in the hearts of every student, teacher and staff member of Ly Thuong Kiet Primary School.

Each motivational saying and each practical action of the teacher not only helps students overcome difficulties but also teaches them to love and support each other to overcome hardships in life. The teacher's dedication and kindness have lit the path of learning and growth of many generations of students.

When telling the story of the teacher, I do not only want to talk about the achievements he has made but above all about a passionate heart, a teacher who is always dedicated to each student and each colleague. For me, Mr. Trong Anh is not only a principal but also a big brother, a person who guides me and many others to overcome the hardships in life and work.

"We are so lucky to have Mr. Trong Anh as our principal. He has turned this school into a second home, where every day at work brings us joy and pride. The lessons he has learned will forever be valuable assets for me, my colleagues and many generations of students who have been guided by him" - Ms. Vui, his colleague, shared.
