On September 19 at the Valley of Love in Da Lat, the Lam Dong Professional Chefs Association organized a performance contest to set a record of "100 delicious dishes from Da Lat artichoke ", with the message of promoting the quintessence of Vietnamese cuisine .
The competition aims to set a national record with 100 delicious dishes made with the main ingredient being Da Lat artichoke. This is an activity within the framework of the celebration: Da Lat 130 years of formation and development .
At the program, chefs from many provinces used parts of the artichoke plant to prepare dishes. About 150 dishes based on artichoke ingredients were made.

The organizers said that the announcement of 100 delicious dishes from artichokes will provide more material for Da Lat's culinary tourism activities. In addition, the organizers want to promote to many people the culinary versatility of artichokes.
