Currently, Da Nang has identified the top priority as stabilizing people's lives and production. The city has directed localities, departments and branches to ensure adequate food, drinking water and necessities, with the motto "no one is left without food or clothing".
The amount of 200 billion VND will be used to support people who suffered damages according to regulations, and at the same time immediately repair essential infrastructure works such as transportation, electricity, water supply, environmental sanitation, healthcare, education ... to soon bring activities back to normal.
In addition, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Da Nang city continues to mobilize, receive and allocate support and donations from agencies, organizations and individuals inside and outside the city, ensuring timely and transparent support to the right subjects.

The City People's Committee assigned the Department of Agriculture and Environment to coordinate with districts to review and count the damage, and summarize the need for financial support to serve the recovery work. Localities are required to mobilize local forces, use local budget reserves and other legal sources to ensure people's lives.
As soon as the damage statistics are complete (expected on November 1, 2025), the City People's Committee will report and request the Central Government to support funding for immediate remediation and long-term solutions. In particular, focusing on preventing coastal erosion in Hoi An, relocating and resettling people in mountainous areas at high risk of landslides, as well as investing in appropriate infrastructure for transportation, electricity, schools, and stations, improving disaster prevention and sustainable adaptation.

With a spirit of initiative, discipline and high responsibility, the government and people of Da Nang are focusing on overcoming damage, soon stabilizing life, restoring production and gradually "adapting" to natural disasters.
