Recently, the Department of Construction of Da Nang announced the acceptance of applications for renting apartments at the social housing project of Bau Tram Lakeside green urban area (Hoa Hiep Nam ward, Lien Chieu district).
There are 137 social housing apartments in CT1 building on lot B4-1. Each apartment has an area of 45-70m2. The announced rental price is 70,000 VND/m2/month (including 5% VAT).

According to the attached list, the lowest rental price of the apartment is over 3.15 million VND/month, the highest is over 4.7 million VND/month. The application period is from December 22 to December 29.
Subjects eligible to register to rent social housing will follow the regulations in clauses 1, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, article 49 of the housing law. Conditions for registering to rent social housing are according to the regulations in the housing law and policies of Da Nang city.
The Department of Construction stated that in case the total number of registered (valid) applications is equal to or less than the total number of apartments announced by the investor, the selection of apartments will be carried out according to the agreement between the investor and the customer.
In case the total number of valid registration applications is greater than the total number of apartments announced by the investor, the review and selection will be carried out by drawing lots organized by the investor, with the supervision of a representative of the Department of Construction.
In case there are subjects who meet the regulations such as people with revolutionary contributions or people with disabilities, they will be given priority to rent social housing without having to draw lots at a certain rate.
The number of apartments for these priority subjects (not through lottery) is determined by the ratio between the total number of applications of the 2 priority groups over (/) the total number of registered applications multiplied (x) by the total number of social housing apartments.
The priority list is arranged in order of application submission. Apartments for priority groups are arranged in order of priority list until exhausted, the remaining groups continue to participate in the lottery.
The social housing apartment building at lot B4-1 of the above project has a scale of 4 blocks with a total of 1,549 apartments (including 285 apartments with a floor area of 13,229m2). Completed and put into use from the second quarter of 2023.
Opening for sale 225 social housing apartments priced at over 16 million VND/m2
Recently, the Department of Construction also announced the sale of 225 apartments in buildings CT5 and CT6 on land lot B4-2 with a permitted price of more than 16 million VND/m2 (including 5% value added tax, excluding 2% maintenance cost).
Time to receive registration documents to buy from December 6, 2023 to January 5, 2024.
The social housing apartment building at lot B4-2 of the above project has a scale of 6 blocks with a total of 1,809 apartments; including 1,165 social housing apartments, 348 commercial housing apartments for sale and 296 social housing apartments for rent.
