The Da Nang Land Development Center has just announced the implementation of short-term leases for 33 land plots. The intended uses include land for transportation infrastructure (warehouses, car parks, parking lots, combined with car care facilities); and land for commercial and service purposes (food and beverage businesses, ornamental plants, and other types of commercial and service businesses...).
Lease terms range from 24 to 60 months, depending on the land location. Applications for short-term land leases submitted after deposit payment will be considered invalid if the application lacks proof of deposit payment.
A 10% deposit of the total land value, based on the starting price, is required for short-term leases, with the entire lease term as determined.
Organizations and individuals must seal their documents themselves and place them directly into the sealed document box. Documents must be accompanied by proof of deposit payment; if documents are not accompanied by proof of deposit payment, they will be considered invalid.
An organization or individual is entitled to apply for multiple land plots in the catalog, but only one application can be submitted for each land plot. When preparing the application, please carefully read and fully comply with the instructions and relevant regulations (if any); and accurately and completely fill in the information in the Land Lease Application Form, including contact information (address, phone number); rental price (written in numbers and words); account information for deposit refund (if not selected); the rental price must be calculated in VND/m²/year.
Application submission and acceptance period: Phase 1: From 7:30 AM on May 18, 2026 to 5:30 PM on May 28, 2026. Phase 2: From 7:30 AM on May 19, 2026 to 5:30 PM on May 29, 2026. Phase 3: From 7:30 AM on May 20, 2026 to 5:30 PM on May 30, 2026.
