Da Nang approves plan to auction mineral exploitation rights in 14 areas.

DNO - The People's Committee of Da Nang City has just issued Decision No. 673/QD-UBND approving the plan to auction the right to exploit mineral resources in 14 areas within the city.

Specifically, it includes 5 areas of sand and gravel; 5 areas of fill soil; 2 areas of clay; 1 area of ​​paving stone and 1 area of ​​primary gold in the communes of: Tra Lien, Tra My, Dien Ban Tay, Que Phuoc, Son Cam Ha, Que Son Trung, Xuan Phu, Song Vang, Song Kon, Hiep Duc, Chien Dan, and Dai Loc.

The Department of Agriculture and Environment shall preside over and coordinate with relevant agencies and units to announce and publicly post the auction plan in accordance with legal regulations; and organize the auction of mineral exploitation rights according to Decision No. 1643/QD-UBND dated September 25, 2025 of the People's Committee of Da Nang City.

Departments, agencies, and the People's Committees of communes are responsible for coordinating with the Department of Agriculture and Environment to select organizations to conduct asset auctions, review and select applications for participation in mineral exploitation rights auctions, and inspect and supervise the implementation of procedures for mineral exploitation rights auctions in accordance with the law.
