The Da Nang City Party Committee has identified maintaining a double-digit GRDP growth rate as a key task for successfully implementing the Resolution of the City Party Congress. Specifically, the city aims to achieve an average annual socio -economic growth rate of 11% or more for the period 2026-2030.

During the period 2026-2030, there are 36 programs and projects led by departments and agencies that need to be implemented; 35 public investment projects, 26 private capital projects, and 15 public-private partnership projects.

To achieve the above goal, the city has identified five key tasks and solutions.

The first, Review and improve planning, mechanisms, and policies to create a favorable, healthy, and fair investment and business environment for all economic sectors; mobilize, manage, and effectively utilize all resources for development.

Monday, Strongly developing science, technology, innovation, and digital transformation aims to create breakthroughs in improving productivity, quality, efficiency, and competitiveness of the economy.

Tuesday, Promoting economic growth, establishing a sustainable growth model, and structuring the economy rationally.

Wednesday, Building and firmly defending the Fatherland involves closely integrating socio-economic development with ensuring national defense and security.

Thursday, Enhancing the effectiveness of foreign affairs; developing culture and society in parallel with economic development; and effectively implementing social welfare and social security programs.

The Da Nang City Party Committee requires all Party committees, organizations, and government agencies to identify this as the most important political task, requiring synchronized coordination and high determination from the entire political system to transform Da Nang into a modern growth hub for the region and the country.

The Party Committee of the City People's Council and the Party Committee of the City People's Committee shall develop resolutions, projects, programs, and plans to implement this action program.

In particular, it is important to clearly assign responsibilities to the lead agency, coordinating agencies, implementation timeframes, and completion schedules for tasks with deadlines; allocate funds and focus resources on implementing the tasks and solutions that have been set forth.
