According to the Management Board's plan, the program will take place from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM for 5 days, from February 6th to 10th (corresponding to the 19th to 23rd days of the 12th lunar month) at the East Sea Park, at the intersection of Pham Van Dong and Vo Nguyen Giap streets.
The opening ceremony, featuring several key activities, will be held at 4:30 PM on February 6th.
"Spring of Love 2026" is designed as a traditional Tet space rich in national identity, recreating the atmosphere of spring of yesteryear through rustic materials such as bamboo and rattan, along with familiar images of the traditional Tet holiday.

The highlight of the program is the "Fishing Village Tet" space, which recreates scenes of Tet activities with pots of banh chung and banh tet (traditional Vietnamese rice cakes), apricot and peach blossoms, lanterns, and traditional miniature landscapes.
In addition, there is an art exhibition with the theme " Da Nang - Spring," showcasing images of the city through famous landmarks and everyday moments of people during Tet.
As part of the program, locals and tourists can participate in many activities to experience Vietnamese Tet (Lunar New Year) such as wrapping banh chung and banh tet (traditional rice cakes), making traditional sweets and preserves, and enjoying traditional cuisine at the stalls.
Many folk games and street art activities were also organized, such as bamboo pole dancing, pot smashing, mask painting, artistic portrait painting, betel leaf preparation, Bài Chòi singing, street music, and dance performances with the theme "Spring Dance".
The program dedicates ample space to children with creative activities such as Lunar New Year costume shows, making New Year greeting cards, coloring, drawing spring-themed pictures, creating New Year decorations, and interacting with cartoon characters.
