Highlights of OCOP product promotion booths at Tourism Week

As part of the series of activities of Ninh Binh Tourism Week 2024, on the morning of June 2, at Dong Gung bus station (Ninh Hai commune, Hoa Lu district), a program was held to display and introduce OCOP products from individuals and businesses in the province and across the country.

The program introduces and displays about 30 products in 5 booths, representing the following units: Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, Department of Industry and Trade, Hoa Lu district, Ninh Hai commune, booths of provinces and cities. Including typical products of Ninh Binh province such as: Cuc Phuong ginseng, royal rice, perch floss, lotus leaf tea, chrysanthemum tea... and some typical products of other localities such as: seafood spring rolls ( Long An ), dairy products (Ha Nam), tea bags (Hanoi), Van Don fish sauce (Quang Ninh), cashew nuts (Gia Lai)...

These are products that are highly rated for quality according to regulations, ensuring food hygiene and safety standards and being environmentally friendly. The stalls strictly list the prices and origins of the products.

In addition to local OCOP products, there are also OCOP products from other provinces and cities such as: Hanoi , Quang Ninh, Gia Lai,...

Through the exhibition, OCOP entities have directly advised consumers and tourists about the products of the establishments, thereby contributing to increasing opportunities for promotion, marketing, and market expansion. At the same time, it is an opportunity for localities to expand economic cooperation, link production and business, and develop sustainably.

As planned, the exhibition to introduce OCOP products, potential products and strengths will take place until June 8, 2024.
