On the occasion of the 96th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam , celebrating the success of the 14th National Congress of the Party; and welcoming the New Year of the Horse 2026, on the evening of February 9th, Song Tri ward, in coordination with the Ha Tinh Center for Culture, Cinema and Tourism Promotion, organized an art program "Spring Offering to the Party"; and presented gifts to encourage young people enlisting in the army and soldiers completing their military service in 2026.
