Highlights of the Phiêng Khoài Commune Spring Fair in 2026

On February 8th, at the Kim Chung 1 village stadium, the People's Committee of Phieng Khoai commune inaugurated and organized the Spring Fair activities to celebrate the Party and the Spring Festival of 2026, attracting a large number of local people and tourists.

This year's Spring Fair in Phiêng Khoài commune was held from February 8-10, featuring 17 stalls displaying, introducing, and selling agricultural products and local specialties from villages and schools, such as plums, black garlic, corn, ginger, brocade products, and many traditional dishes of the ethnic minorities in the area.

During the fair, Phiêng Khoài commune also organized many traditional cultural and sports activities, such as pounding sticky rice cakes, wrapping banh chung (traditional Vietnamese rice cakes), stick pushing, tug-of-war, creating a joyful and exciting atmosphere in the early days of the new spring; at the same time contributing to promoting local products and building unity among ethnic groups.
