On the morning of January 8, delegates of the Provincial People's Council including: delegate Le Van Tieu - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Vinh Long City Party Committee; delegate Le Chi Thanh - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies and Enterprises Bloc and delegates of the Vinh Long City People's Council had a meeting with more than 80 voters of Ward 2 ( Vinh Long City).
At the meeting, the delegates of the People's Councils at two levels informed voters about the results of the 8th session of the 10th Provincial People's Council and the 10th session of the 12th Vinh Long People's Council, as well as the results of resolving voters' opinions and recommendations at previous meetings.

On this occasion, voters suggested that attention should be paid to solving the flooding situation in alley 71. Voters also said that leaving water meters outside people's houses is unsafe and prone to theft, so they should consider putting them inside people's houses. In Cay Khe alley, telecommunication cables are currently obstructing, causing danger and ruining the urban beauty, voters suggested that they be promptly repaired.
Voters' opinions and recommendations were recorded by the People's Council delegates at both levels and clarified by local authorities.
