Delegates from Cao Bang province contributed many heartfelt opinions to the draft documents submitted to the 14th National Congress of the Party.

On the afternoon of January 20th, delegates attending the 14th National Congress of the Party worked in their respective delegations, discussing and contributing ideas to the draft documents of the Congress.

Members of the provincial delegation participated in the discussion and offered their opinions.

As assigned, the Cao Bang Provincial Delegation held a discussion in room 201A, National Convention Center, with the full participation of 21 delegates. Comrade Phan Thang An, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Head of the Delegation, chaired the discussion.

During the discussion, provincial delegates participated actively and responsibly, contributing many heartfelt opinions to the draft documents submitted to the Congress.

Delegates focused their discussions on core issues such as: the goal of rapid and sustainable national development in the coming period; improving institutions and reforming the growth model; socio-economic development linked to ensuring national defense and security; and building a clean and strong Party and political system. Many opinions highly appreciated the quality of the draft documents, which were meticulously prepared, embodying the wisdom of the entire Party and people, and accurately reflecting the country's development realities.

Provincial delegates analyzed and proposed further clarification on several indicators and solutions related to regional economic development, border gate economy, leveraging local advantages; improving the quality of human resources; promoting digital transformation and science and technology; ensuring social security and sustainable poverty reduction, especially in ethnic minority and mountainous areas. Some opinions suggested supplementing mechanisms and policies to create new impetus for local development, strengthening decentralization and delegation of power while maintaining power control. Based on the practical experience and perspective of Cao Bang province, proposals were made to supplement and clarify the development of new thinking on border issues in the current period.

The opinions and discussions of the provincial delegates demonstrated a democratic spirit and a high sense of responsibility to the Party and the people, contributing to the refinement of the draft documents and providing an important basis for the 14th National Congress to decide on strategic directions, leading the country to rapid and sustainable development in the new period.

Concluding the discussion session, Comrade Phan Thang An, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Head of the Provincial Delegation, affirmed: All opinions contributed stemmed from local realities, closely adhering to the requirements of national development in the new period, demonstrating the high political responsibility of the delegates towards the Congress. The draft documents correctly identified the vision, goals, and major solutions; the Delegation's suggestions will be fully compiled and submitted to the Central Committee for consideration, acceptance, and refinement. He also requested that delegates continue to study the documents in depth, in order to participate in further discussions in the plenary session at the next meeting.
