From the passion of a pioneer investor in developing green real estate

Nine months ago, on March 30, the founder of Ecopark and Ricons Construction Joint Stock Company held a groundbreaking ceremony for the Eco Central Park project (nearly 200 hectares in Vinh City, Nghe An ). Immediately after the groundbreaking ceremony, the first subdivision - The Garden was deployed and introduced to the market. Along with the infrastructure deployment, the founder of Ecopark simultaneously deployed internal utilities, the 10-hectare Swan Lake Park.

In just 45 days, a swampy area has turned into a "fairy tale park" - a new destination for families in Nghe An in particular and the Central region in general. Since the park opened on April 30, 2023, every weekend the founder of Ecopark has organized events to welcome residents home early. Coming to the project, walking in the park with hundreds of different types of trees and flowers, exploring rows of ancient trees from 70 to 100 years old, residents can also witness their houses being built higher, changing every day.

After nine months, in early December 2023, the first townhouses of residents located on Hung Vuong Avenue of The Garden subdivision were officially handed over to residents. According to real estate experts, facing the difficulties and unpredictable changes of the real estate market after 2 years of the pandemic, Eco Central Park is one of the rare projects that ensures the construction time as committed to customers, even exceeding the schedule for early handover to residents.

As soon as residents move in, they will have full facilities such as: restaurants, cafes, spas, parks, etc. This not only demonstrates the reputation and potential of the founder of Ecopark but also demonstrates the dedication, close coordination and meticulousness of the development team, general contractor Ricons, along with the companionship and efforts working day and night of the team of architects, landscapers and professional, experienced workers.

According to the founder of Ecopark, the Hung Vuong Avenue townhouse area has been handed over, and the investor is continuing to carry out the next handovers to customers. The investor is also speeding up the progress of other items, while introducing to the market high-class products, worthy of the position of the most livable symbol in the Central region.

…To the pride of the first residents

As one of the first customers to receive the handover, Ms. Nguyen Thuy (Thanh Xuan District, Hanoi ) expressed her joy: "On the day I received the house, I was completely satisfied with the professionalism of the project development team. Everything was very neat, including a colorful flower path to welcome residents home, just like what I know about the Founder of Ecopark - coming home is coming home to nature."

Ms. Thuy said that she and her family originally lived and worked in Hanoi, but because her parents are originally from Yen Thanh, Nghe An, and always wanted to return to their hometown, she chose The Garden of Eco Central Park for her parents to retire and for the family to reunite every weekend or Tet holiday. At the same time, it is also a house where her younger brother and his wife can do business.

“Nghe An in my memory is a very harsh climate, the sun burns the skin and the cold cuts the flesh, there are dozens of storms every year. I still remember every time the rainy season comes, my father cuts down banana trees, piles sandbags to reinforce around the house and on the roof. The image of my father rolling up his pants, his hands shaking from the rain and storm, until now every time I imagine it, my eyes still well up with tears. But since this Tet, my parents have a new house in their hometown Nghe An, no longer far from home or worried about the rainy and stormy weather,” Ms. Thuy emotionally shared.

Also receiving the house on the days before the New Year, Mr. Ngo Hoai Nam (40 years old, Vinh City) shared: “I like the open and airy living space, with space for my two children to play like my wife and I did before. Before, on this dike along the Lam River, my wife and I and our friends would sneak out to play or chat late at night. Now my children will also know what the hometown river is, the river of the Nghe people, and they will definitely have a proper childhood.”

According to Mr. Hoai Nam - who has more than 8 years of experience investing in coffee and fast food chains in shophouses and commercial townhouses in large urban areas, he is completely confident in opening more branches here. "In the context of Nghe An's tourism industry being continuously promoted strongly, in the near future, when Eco Central Park completes its subdivisions, this will be a different and ideal destination, not only attracting inner-city visitors to eat and have fun on weekends, holidays, and Tet but also attracting a huge number of tourists to visit, stay and enjoy", Mr. Nam analyzed.
