The inclusion of the Academic Director at Sedbergh Vietnam in the leadership category shortlist shows the maturity of the domestic education management force in the context of strong integration, and is also a signal that school leadership models in Vietnam are gradually approaching international trends and standards.

Mr. Nguyen Quang Minh is also known as a 9X Doctor with a multinational academic background. He received a doctorate in management from Massey University (New Zealand), a certificate in school management from Harvard University (USA), a postgraduate degree in educational leadership in the UK and a master's degree in financial management in the UK.
Accompanying the mission of internationalizing education, Dr. Nguyen Quang Minh is recognized as a member of the Cambridge Assessment International Education Advisory Board. At the same time, he is also an Accreditation Expert at the Council of International Schools.
