The 5th Congress of the 2nd Professional Party Cell for the 2025-2027 term, the Model Party Cell Congress of the PTSC Corporation Party Committee

Implementing Plan No. 49-KH/DU dated November 25, 2024 of the Party Committee of PTSC Corporation and Plan No. 32-KH/DU dated January 7, 2025 of the Party Committee of PTSC Marine Mechanical Services Company Limited (Marine Mechanical Services Company). On January 14, 2025, in Vung Tau city, the Professional Party Cell 2 of the Marine Mechanical Services Company Party Committee successfully organized the 5th Party Cell Congress for the 2025-2027 term, which is the Party Cell Congress directly under the grassroots Party Committee in the entire PTSC Corporation Party Committee. The Congress was honored to welcome comrade Tran Ngoc Chuong - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of PTSC Corporation and comrade To Ngoc Tu - Deputy Secretary in charge of the Party Committee, Director of the Marine Mechanical Services Company. Also attending were leaders and cadres working in the Party at the General Corporation and its affiliated units, along with 27 Party members of the Professional Party Cell 2.

Speaking at the congress, comrade Tran Ngoc Chuong acknowledged the achievements of the Party Cell 2 in the past term and proposed breakthrough goals and strategies for the new term. In particular, he acknowledged and praised the thoughtful, methodical, thorough preparation and organization of the Congress in accordance with the regulations and guidelines of the Central Committee and the superior Party Committee and requested that the Party Cells under the grassroots Party Committees in the entire Corporation plan to organize the Congress at their units.

At the Congress, Comrade Pham Van Chuan - Secretary of the Professional Party Cell 2 presented the Summary Report of the 2022-2025 term and the direction and tasks for the 2025-2027 term. Thereby, it was assessed that in the past term, the Professional Party Cell 2 proactively led cadres and party members to perform well the political tasks of the Party Cell, constantly improve the quality of Party Cell activities, and always complete the assigned tasks well. The Congress passed a Resolution setting out the goals, tasks and key solutions for the new term, emphasizing the improvement of leadership capacity, development of party members and increasing production and business efficiency at the unit.

With a high spirit of democracy, solidarity and unity, the Congress elected a new term Party Cell Executive Committee consisting of 3 comrades; Comrade Duong Truong Son - Head of Business Development Department was elected as Party Cell Secretary and Comrade Nguyen Le Thanh Danh - Head of Trade Department held the position of Deputy Party Cell Secretary. The Congress of the Professional Party Cell 2 ended successfully, calling on all cadres and Party members of the Party Cell to unite, unite, and strive to successfully implement the Resolution set forth by the Congress.
