Congress of trade union of An Giang Vegetables and Foodstuff Joint Stock Company

On the afternoon of November 12, in Long Xuyen ward (An Giang province), the Trade Union of An Giang Fruit and Vegetable Joint Stock Company (Antesco) held the 4th Trade Union Congress, term 2025 - 2030.

In the period of 2023 - 2025, the union will actively operate, together with the company achieving many outstanding achievements. Notably, in 2024, for the first time in the company's history, it achieved a revenue of over 1,400 billion VND, joining the Vietnam's Thousand Billion Enterprises Club.

The company contributes 56 million USD in export turnover; the average income of workers is 11 million VND/person/month. In the first 9 months of 2025, the company created jobs for nearly 1,200 workers, with an income of 12.6 million VND/person/month.

Employees of the entire company enjoy full benefits and policies; taking care of their material and spiritual lives. Every year, the company spends over 500 million VND on training, improving professional skills, creating favorable conditions for employees to enthusiastically produce, increasing labor productivity.

Representatives of An Giang Provincial Labor Federation and Antesco Company Board of Directors congratulated the Executive Committee of the Grassroots Trade Union for the 2025 - 2030 term.

The emulation movements launched by the union were actively responded to by union members and workers. Thereby, many typical and advanced collectives and individuals emerged, which were commended, honored and rewarded by the Board of Directors with over 1,170 billion VND.

At the congress, delegates elected the 4th Executive Committee of Antesco's grassroots trade union for the 2025-2030 term, consisting of 13 comrades. Antesco's Deputy General Director Nguyen Huy Cuong was re-elected as Chairman of the grassroots trade union.
