In the period of 2023 - 2025, the Trade Union of the Provincial Social Policy Bank closely followed the leadership of the Party Committee, comprehensively implemented key tasks and achieved many results. The total number of union members is 320, operating in 23 affiliated trade unions. Attention is paid to taking care of the health and life of workers. 100% of cadres and union members have been assigned stable jobs, and the working environment is increasingly improved.

In the 2025 - 2030 term, the grassroots trade union determined to continue to innovate the content and methods of operation. Promote the representative role, protect the legitimate rights and interests of union members. Build a team of leaders and employees with professional ethics and solid expertise, contributing to building a safe, effective and sustainable development unit.

Mr. Tran Duy Cuong, Deputy Director of the Provincial Social Policy Bank, holds the position of Chairman of the grassroots Trade Union.
