The 12th Congress of the Muong Te Medical Center Trade Union, term 2025

Also attending the congress were leaders of Muong Te Medical Center and 138 delegates representing 227 union members of the Muong Te Medical Center Trade Union.

During the 2023 - 2028 term, the Muong Te Medical Center's Trade Union will constantly innovate its content and methods of operation; promote its representative role, care for and protect the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members and employees, contributing to building a strong and comprehensive unit.

Following the direction of the Party Committee and the Provincial Labor Federation, the Executive Committee of the Trade Union regularly grasps the thoughts and aspirations of union members; coordinates with the Board of Directors to resolve difficulties, creating a united and stable working environment. Activities to visit and support union members in difficulty, illness, and joy are carried out regularly.

Not only taking care of material life, the Union also cares about the spiritual life of cadres, civil servants and workers. During the term, the Union visited more than 230 union members, gave gifts to children of cadres on the occasion of International Children's Day and Mid-Autumn Festival, with a total budget of over 60 million VND. It has carried out charity activities well, supported social funds with a total amount of over 240 million VND. Propaganda and political and ideological education have been promoted in association with studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle.

Patriotic emulation and innovation movements were widely deployed, attracting a large number of union members to participate. During the term, the Center had 6 initiatives recognized at the grassroots level; more than 95% of union members achieved the title of Advanced Labor, 530 collectives and individuals were awarded.

In the 2025 - 2030 term, the Muong Medical Center's grassroots trade union will continue to innovate its content and methods of operation in a practical, effective, flexible manner and in line with the political tasks of the unit; promote its representative role, care for and protect the legitimate rights and interests of union members, civil servants and workers... strive to introduce 10 or more outstanding union members to the Party for consideration, training and admission; 85% of union members are assessed as having completed their tasks well or better, and the grassroots trade union has completed its tasks well or better...

Comrade Dam Xuan Dien - Member of the Standing Committee, Deputy Head of the Trade Union Work Committee, Provincial Labor Federation gave a speech directing the congress.

Speaking at the congress, comrade Dam Xuan Dien - Member of the Standing Committee, Deputy Head of the Trade Union Work Committee, Provincial Labor Federation suggested that in the 2025 - 2030 term, the Muong Te Medical Center Trade Union continue to innovate the content and methods of operation in a practical and effective direction; continue to propagate and implement the Resolution of the Party Congress at all levels; coordinate well with the government to advise the Party committees to do a good job of training and fostering to improve the professional qualifications, skills, and political theory of the team of cadres, civil servants and workers to meet the requirements of tasks in the new situation; promptly resolve regimes and policies to improve the material and spiritual life of union members, civil servants and workers...

Delegates voted to elect the Executive Committee of the Muong Te Medical Center Trade Union for the 2025-2030 term.

The Congress elected 7 comrades to the Executive Committee of the grassroots trade union, term XII; elected 4 comrades to attend the 14th Lai Chau Provincial Trade Union Congress. Comrade Dao Thi An was re-elected as Chairwoman of the Muong Te Medical Center Grassroots Trade Union, term XII, 2025 - 2030.
