The Congress was attended by 370/401 official delegates, representing the great solidarity bloc, people of all walks of life, ethnic groups and religions in the province.

At the Congress, delegates listened to a summary report of the results of the first session of the Congress, which took place on November 24; listened to a report summarizing the work of the Front for the 2024-2029 term; directions, tasks, and action programs for the 2025-2030 term; listened to a report summarizing comments on the draft documents of the 1st Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Lam Dong province, term 2025-2030, draft documents of the National Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front for the 2026-2031 term and comments on the draft amendments to the Charter of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, term X.

The Vice Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front requested the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Lam Dong province for the new term to thoroughly grasp the viewpoints, orientations, and requirements on Front work in the new situation in the documents of the 14th Party Congress and the Resolution of the 1st Provincial Party Congress.

At the same time, closely following the direction of General Secretary To Lam at the first Congress of the Central Fatherland Front and mass organizations for the 2025-2030 term, consistently implementing 3 guiding viewpoints and 6 key tasks; in which, "must take the people as the center, subject, goal and driving force of innovation; combine democracy - discipline - rule of law; shift from formal movements to substantive results to serve as a guiding principle throughout the work of the Front this term".

In that spirit, he proposed that the Congress focus on discussing and effectively implementing five key contents: Thoroughly grasp the Party's guidelines and viewpoints: People are the root, People are the center, subject, goal and driving force of innovation; continue to innovate the way of thinking, working, propagating and mobilizing the people in the direction of the whole people, comprehensively, with focus and key points; improve the quality of social supervision and criticism work, actively participate in building the Party, building a clean and strong government and political system.

At the same time, continue to strengthen solidarity and traditional friendship with the Fronts of Laos and the Kingdom of Cambodia; actively innovate the content and methods of operation of the Fronts.

The Congress democratically elected the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Lam Dong province, term I, 2025 - 2030, consisting of 120 members. The first conference of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province consulted and elected positions in the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, term I.

100% of delegates unanimously approved the resolution of the 1st Provincial Congress of Vietnam Fatherland Front Delegates associated with 12 main targets for the 2025-2030 term.

The congress followed a report reflecting the results of activities of the Vietnam Fatherland Front in Lam Dong province.

With the theme "Promoting the strength of great national unity; strengthening democracy and social consensus; arousing confidence and aspiration for innovation, building Lam Dong province to develop rapidly and sustainably, becoming a dynamic growth pole in the era of national rise", the Congress called on the people of all ethnic groups in the province, Lam Dong compatriots living in the country and abroad to unite, join hands, be unanimous, and determined to successfully implement the Resolution of the 1st Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Lam Dong province; together with the Party Committee and the government, to build Lam Dong to develop rapidly and sustainably, becoming a dynamic growth area in the era of national rise.
