On the afternoon of November 13, the Standing Committee of Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee held a conference to review the organization of Party congresses at all levels and the 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030.

Lam Dong is one of the first provinces in the country to complete the organization of the Party Congress at the commune level, as well as the Congresses of Party Committees directly under the Provincial Party Committee. In addition, the 1st Lam Dong Provincial Party Congress applied comprehensive and scientific digital technology, ensuring the model of "Paperless Congress". According to the report of the Provincial Party Committee, the preparation and organization of the congresses of the affiliated Party Committees and the Provincial Party Congress were carried out carefully and closely, achieving the goals and requirements in the spirit of Directive No. 45-CT/TW of the Politburo, the guiding documents of the Central Committee and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee.

Party congresses at all levels are conducted according to the prescribed time. By July 31, 2025, 124/124 Party committees of communes, wards and special zones under the Provincial Party Committee had completed their organization; 4 Party committees directly under the Provincial Party Committee held their Congresses and completed them before August 22, 2025 in accordance with Plan 01 of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee.

The work of preparing and introducing new Party Committee personnel was directed seriously and closely by the Provincial Party Standing Committee and Party Committees at all levels, ensuring compliance with procedures and instructions.

The total number of appointed Executive Committee members is 2,940 comrades, the Standing Committee has 1,195 comrades, the Secretary has 128 comrades, the Deputy Secretary has 258 comrades; the Inspection Committee has 529 comrades, the Chairman of the Inspection Committee has 128 comrades, the Deputy Chairman of the Inspection Committee has 157 comrades; of which, the number of new committee members participating for the first time is 937 comrades, a rate of 31.87%.

The Provincial Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term will be held for 3 days, from October 9 to October 11, 2025, at Hall 7/7 - Army Academy.

The organization of discussions to collect comments on draft documents at Party Congresses at all levels and the Provincial Party Congress was conducted seriously, enthusiastically, promoting democracy, with many profound and quality comments, demonstrating responsibility and enthusiasm.

At the Provincial Party Congress, 8 groups were divided into discussion groups to contribute ideas to the documents. As a result, 75 opinions were presented and discussed, in addition, 54 opinions were not presented at the Congress but were included in the Congress documents, which were studied and absorbed to be added to the documents.

At the Congress, the Presidium announced the Politburo's Decision on appointing the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, the Secretary and Deputy Secretary of the Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term. Accordingly, the Executive Committee consists of 94 comrades, the Standing Committee of 26 comrades, 05 Deputy Secretaries, and 01 Secretary.

At the same time, the Secretariat's Decision on appointing the Chairman, Vice Chairman and Members of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission for the 2025-2030 term was announced. Accordingly, there are 15 members of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission, 06 Vice Chairmen of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission, and 01 Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission.

Announcing the Politburo's Decision on appointing the Provincial Delegation to attend the 14th National Party Congress, including 45 official delegates and 04 alternate delegates.

With the motto "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Breakthrough - Development", the Provincial Party Congress for the 2025 - 2030 term has completed all the contents, programs and plans set out. The Congress voted 100% to approve the documents including: Political report; Report reviewing the leadership and direction of the Provincial Party Executive Committee for the 2020 - 2025 term; Report synthesizing comments on the draft documents submitted to the 14th National Party Congress; Report synthesizing, receiving and explaining comments on the draft documents submitted to the Provincial Party Congress for the 2025 - 2030 term; Resolution of the Provincial Party Congress for the 2025 - 2030 term. Assign the Provincial Party Executive Committee to promptly issue an Action Program to implement the Resolution.

The propaganda work on Party Congresses at all levels has been directed by the Provincial Party Standing Committee and Party committees at all levels, promptly concretized, thoroughly grasped, and implemented in many diverse, rich forms with practical content.

The Provincial People's Committee has launched a peak emulation campaign "The Party Committee, government, army and people of Lam Dong province unite and are determined to overcome difficulties and rise up with the country".

The information and propaganda agencies of the province and localities have developed plans, opened specialized pages, columns, and topics to propagate activities related to the Party Congresses at all levels; increased news and articles on the loudspeaker system to propagate the Congresses.

In particular, at the 1st Congress of Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030, nearly 200 reporters, editors, and technicians from inside and outside the province carried out work with hundreds of news and articles about the Congress.

Immediately after the Congress, Lam Dong province held a press conference to report on the results of the Provincial Party Congress; at the same time, organized an Investment Promotion Conference, as one of the activities to welcome the Provincial Party Congress. This is a large-scale event with the participation of about 750 delegates who are leaders of the Government, Ministries, Central branches; embassies, consulates, international organizations; neighboring provinces and cities; corporations, general companies, companies, banks, domestic and foreign investors, FDI enterprises...

At the same time, the Standing Committees of Party Committees at all levels urgently synthesized and reported to higher levels on the results of the Congress for the 2025-2030 term; organized conferences to summarize and draw experience from the preparation and organization of the Congress; synthesized and completed the Summary Report on comments on the Documents of the 14th National Party Congress; and completed and promulgated the Congress Documents for the 2020-2025 term.

At the same time, focus on reviewing, developing and promulgating Working Regulations, Work Program, Inspection and Supervision Program for the entire term 2025 - 2030.

Lead and direct the dissemination of the congress results; organize the study and dissemination of the Resolution, Program, and Resolution Implementation Plan to soon put the Congress Resolution into life.
