Speaking at the opening of the Congress, Secretary of the Party Committee and Secretary of the Hanoi Youth Union Chu Hong Minh said: The 22nd Congress of the Hanoi Youth Union for the 2025-2030 term takes place at a time when the entire Party and people are enthusiastically competing to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and focusing on implementing strategic decisions of a revolutionary nature, posing many new issues and higher requirements. At the same time, this is also a new turning point, a new historical opportunity for the cause of national construction, development and defense in the new era of development - the era of national development.
During the past term, the Party Committee of the Hanoi City Youth Union has proactively and actively innovated the content and methods of operation, overcome difficulties and challenges, and strived to fulfill the tasks and targets for the 2020-2025 term set out in the Resolution. These results have affirmed the position and made important contributions to the overall results of the Party Committee of the Hanoi City Party Committee and the city's political system.
Reporting on the summary and evaluation of the implementation of the resolution for the 2020-2025 term, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Hanoi Youth Union Nguyen Duc Tien said: In the 2020-2025 term, the Hanoi Youth Union Party Committee has closely followed the direction, policies and resolutions of the higher-level Party Committee and the political tasks of the City Youth Union, maintained internal solidarity, and had many positive and drastic changes in direction and responsibility in organization and implementation. With the efforts, striving, training and practice of cadres and party members, we have overcome difficulties to well implement the set targets and tasks in both aspects of leading the implementation of professional tasks and Party building work.
From the achieved results, the Party Committee of the City Youth Union identified 6 groups of targets for the 2025 - 2030 term, in which the entire Party Committee promotes the emulation movements of "Good workers", "Good people, good deeds", "Skillful mass mobilization". Every year, the Party Committee and 100% of Party cells achieve "Four good Party cells", are evaluated as "Completing tasks" or higher; of which 80% are classified as "Completing tasks well" or higher; 95% of Party members "Completing tasks well" or higher; striving to have no Party members who fail to complete their tasks...
At the Congress, the Party Committee of the City Youth Union focused on discussing and evaluating the results of implementing the Congress Resolution for the 2020-2025 term; deciding on directions and tasks for the 2025-2030 term; contributing opinions to the documents of the Party Congress at higher levels...
Speaking at the Congress, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Hanoi City Party Agencies Nguyen Truong Son highly appreciated the results that the Party Committee of the City Youth Union has achieved in the 2020-2025 term; at the same time, he suggested that the Party Committee of the Hanoi City Youth Union should continue to concretize the implementation of Resolution 4 of the Central Committee (Term XI, XII) and Conclusion No. 21-KL/TU of the Central Executive Committee (Term XIII) on Party building and rectification with high political determination, resolutely and persistently fighting to prevent and repel the degradation of political ideology, ethics, lifestyle, and manifestations of "self-evolution" and "self-transformation" within the Party; and implement Directive 05-CT/TU of the Politburo on promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, ethics, and lifestyle in a substantive and appropriate manner.
In addition, the entire Party Committee maintains and innovates Party activities; strengthens supervision and inspection work; and effectively implements Resolution No. 57-NQ/TU of the Politburo on breakthroughs in science and technology development, innovation and national digital transformation.

The entire Party Committee strives to excellently fulfill political tasks, together making worthy contributions to the implementation of the Resolutions of Party Congresses at all levels, firmly entering the new era - the era of national growth”, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Hanoi Party Committee Nguyen Truong Son emphasized.
After an afternoon of urgent and serious work, the 20th Congress of the Hanoi Youth Union Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030, completed its working program and was a great success.
With the spirit of "Solidarity, democracy, discipline, responsibility, breakthrough, and sustainable development", the Congress reached a high consensus on the goals, targets, tasks, and solutions and unanimously voted to pass the Resolution of the 22nd Congress of the Hanoi Youth Union Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term, and at the same time assigned the Party Executive Committee to receive opinions and complete them for implementation.
