On November 13, the Trade Union of Cua Ong Coal Selection Company held the 33rd Congress of Delegates, term 2025 - 2030.

The Executive Committee of the Trade Union of Cua Ong Coal Selection Company, term XXXIII, 2025 - 2030, was introduced to the Congress.

During the last term, the Cua Ong Coal Selection Company's Trade Union has promoted its role as a representative, caring for and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of workers. The Trade Union coordinated with professionals to launch emulation movements, helping the Company complete production and business targets. The average annual coal output purchased from mines reached 13.4 million tons, coal consumed 12.1 million tons; the average income of workers in 2025 reached over 15 million VND.

In the 2025 - 2030 term, the Trade Union of Cua Ong Coal Selection Company determined to continue to innovate the organizational model towards streamlining, professionalism and efficiency; promote the application of digital transformation in the fields of operation and connect union members.
