With 95 years of leadership and 13 national congresses, each marking a significant milestone and ushering in a new phase of national development, the 14th National Congress is taking place in a particularly unique context, demanding historically significant changes.
With the motto "Unity - Democracy - Discipline - Breakthrough - Development," the 14th Party Congress set out the direction for realizing two centenary goals.
By 2030, the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Party, Vietnam will become a developing country with a modern industrial base and a high-middle income; by 2045, the 100th anniversary of the founding of the nation, Vietnam will become a developed socialist country with a high income.
