On April 26, a delegation from the Indian Embassy in Vietnam led by Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Sandeep Arya visited and worked in Hoa Binh province. Receiving and working with the ambassador and the delegation were comrades: Nguyen Phi Long, alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Dinh Cong Su, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; and leaders of relevant departments and branches.
Comrade Nguyen Phi Long, Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Provincial Party Secretary received Mr. Sandeep Arya, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of India to Vietnam.
The Provincial Party Secretary warmly welcomed the Ambassador and the delegation of the Indian Embassy in Vietnam; at the same time, he outlined the economic, political , cultural, social and human situation of Hoa Binh province. He reviewed the long-standing traditional friendship between Vietnam and India, which was built and nurtured by two great leaders, President Ho Chi Minh and Indian Prime Minister Jawaharlal Nehru, since the 1950s; and reviewed the results of cooperation between Vietnam and India in general, and between Hoa Binh province and India in particular.
The Provincial Party Secretary highly appreciated the support of the Indian Embassy in Vietnam for the project of building a cultural house in Chang Trong hamlet, Hop Phong commune, Cao Phong district. This is a program with many social and political meanings, contributing to improving the quality of life of the people. He hoped that through this visit and work, Ambassador Sandeep Arya would be a bridge, calling on Indian corporations and investors to cooperate and invest in Hoa Binh. He hoped that the Ambassador would continue to pay attention to investing in cultural institutions, infrastructure, and supporting training of officials in the fieldof education . In particular, he would coordinate with Hoa Binh province to organize India Day to promote cultural exchange activities; promote investment between Hoa Binh province and Indian enterprises and experience scenic spots in the province in the coming time. This meeting will be the basis and foundation to strengthen cooperation between Hoa Binh province and India.
On behalf of the delegation, Ambassador Sandeep Arya sincerely thanked the leaders of Hoa Binh province for their warm welcome. At the same time, he proposed and suggested to the Secretary of the Hoa Binh Provincial Party Committee on the implementation of cooperation programs between Hoa Binh province and Indian partner agencies and organizations in the fields of culture, tourism, economy, trade, education and training.
On the same day, the Ambassador and leaders of Hoa Binh province held the inauguration ceremony of the project to build a cultural house in Chang Trong hamlet, Hop Phong commune, Cao Phong district.
