"I would like to borrow a verse from the great Chinese Tang Dynasty poet Li Bai to give to you; it is "The eagle flies with the wind for one day / Ninety thousand miles high in the sky."
“I hope that you will take the honor of receiving this Ambassadorial Scholarship as an opportunity to study well, grow up healthy, spread your wings like eagles, and strive to become builders of Vietnam's socialist cause and successors of the China-Vietnam friendship cause,” Ambassador Ha Vi said at the 2025 Chinese Ambassadorial Scholarship Award Ceremony.

Afterwards, Ambassador Ha Vi awarded scholarships to 40 primary and secondary school students from three communes of Kim Anh, Vat Lai, Xuan Mai and Phuc Loi ward of Hanoi. The total value of this scholarship is 40,000 yuan (about 150 million VND).
At the end of November, the Hanoi Exhibition Center under the China-Vietnam AI Application Cooperation Center officially came into operation in Hanoi. This is considered one of the important hubs contributing to promoting high-tech cooperation, including AI, between the two countries in the period of extensive digital transformation.
In addition to an overview of the traditional friendship and comprehensive cooperation between Vietnam and China, Ambassador Ha Vi provided students with the most updated information on the two countries ' economies in a simple, easy-to-understand manner.
“The trade turnover between China and Vietnam is currently very high, reaching 260 billion USD last year. What does this number mean? It is equivalent to half of Vietnam's gross domestic product (GDP) (10 times the total economic scale of the seven northern provinces of Vietnam). When the high-speed railway connecting China and Vietnam is completed in the future, the trade scale between the two countries will continue to skyrocket. In the future, it will be more convenient for you to travel , study, work or live in China,” said the Ambassador.
Quickly grasping the trend of artificial intelligence (AI), Ambassador Ha Vi encouraged and motivated students to explore and experience new technology in the new era, especially AI-based products and services.
Many people present at the Scholarship Award Ceremony on the morning of December 4 were surprised when they saw Ambassador Ha Vi wearing glasses for the first time and speaking fluently without having to look at the paper or the teleprompter (cue reader). It turned out that the Ambassador was wearing AI glasses made in China. The content that the Ambassador wanted to say was displayed on the glasses. The glasses can also translate instantly into other languages, display as subtitles in the glasses, and have an AI chat function.
Speaking to Tien Phong reporter, a Chinese journalist said that AI glasses are produced by a Chinese company in the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region (not in technology centers such as Shanghai, Beijing, Wuhan...), priced under 10,000 yuan. Previously, many types of AI headsets developed by Chinese companies were widely sold in the market, especially on e-commerce platforms. This type of headset translates instantly, allowing users to immediately understand foreigners standing opposite, or words in foreign language movies; priced under 1,000 yuan.
