At the working session, General Phan Van Giang and the working delegation listened to Colonel Nguyen Hai Nam, Division Commander of Division 5, report on the results of military tasks in the first 10 months of 2025, and the direction and tasks of the Division in the coming time.

Accordingly, the Party Committee and the Division Commander have thoroughly grasped and strictly implemented the resolutions, orders and directives of Military Region 7, the Central Military Commission and the Ministry of National Defense, focusing on leading and directing the comprehensive implementation of all aspects of work, notably: Maintaining and strictly implementing the combat readiness regime and order, organizing the right composition of the on-duty force according to regulations; The combat readiness document system has been newly built, adjusted and fully supplemented with combat plans, ensuring synchronization and closeness to the tasks and situation when organizing two-level local government; Organizing patrols and guards to ensure absolute safety for agencies and units;

Proactively deploy forces and means to help people respond to and overcome the consequences of natural disasters, and conduct search and rescue; Closely coordinate with the police force and units stationed in the area to grasp the political security situation, social order and safety, promptly handle situations, avoid being passive or surprised, coordinate to successfully complete the task of protecting the safety of important political events of the Party, State, Army, Party committees and authorities of localities in the area.

Thoroughly grasp and strictly implement the military and defense work orders for 2025 at all levels; especially training and drills; the system of plans, schedules, lesson plans, books, and training statistics registration of agencies and units are drafted and recorded in accordance with regulations; actively and proactively consolidate, repair, and build training grounds, models, and teaching aids in sufficient quantity and quality to ensure training; organize training, competitions, and sports events for subjects according to plan, ensuring safety.

Excellently completed the task of participating in A50, A80. The Party Committee and commanders of the units focused on education, training, building a regular routine, and enforcing discipline; thoroughly grasped and seriously implemented the documents of the Ministry and instructions of the agencies on building a strong, comprehensive, "exemplary, typical" unit, achieving good results. Concluding the working session, General Phan Van Giang commended the results achieved by the Party Committee and Command of Division 5, Military Region 7 since the beginning of the year. To successfully complete the tasks from now until the end of 2025, the Minister requested the Party Committee and Command of the Division to focus on implementing a number of key tasks: Focus on reviewing the program and work plan for 2025, promptly supplementing newly arising tasks; resolutely and effectively organizing the implementation of assigned tasks.
