Dak Lak established the Steering Committee for the election of National Assembly deputies and People's Council deputies at all levels, term 2026-2031

The 1st Conference of the Steering Committee for the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and the election of People's Council deputies at all levels for the 2026-2031 term in Dak Lak province.

Accordingly, the Steering Committee consists of 25 members with Comrade Luong Nguyen Minh Triet, Central Party Committee candidate member, Provincial Party Secretary as Head of the Committee. Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Cao Thi Hoa An as Standing Deputy Head of the Steering Committee.

The Deputy Heads of the Steering Committee include: Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ta Anh Tuan; Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Y Giang Gry Knong; Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Huynh Thi Chien Hoa and Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Do Huu Huy.

The Steering Committee has assigned tasks to members of the Election Steering Committee and announced the decision to establish a working group to assist the Provincial Election Steering Committee, with Director of the Department of Home Affairs Truong Ngoc Tuan as Head of the working group.

Recently, Dak Lak province has issued important documents to lead and direct Party committees at all levels, agencies, units and localities to implement contents on the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and the election of People's Council deputies at all levels for the 2026-2031 term in the province.

The Provincial People's Committee has coordinated with the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee to unify the people and establish the Election Committee for the 16th National Assembly and the Provincial People's Council for the 2026-2031 term. It has asked for the Provincial Party Committee's opinion on personnel and established the Provincial Election Committee 105 days before the election as prescribed.

The Department of Justice has organized an online contest to learn about the laws on the election of National Assembly deputies and People's Council deputies. The Department of Home Affairs has proactively deployed to agencies, units and localities documents related to the implementation of election work in the province.

Coordinate with the Provincial Police to provide population and voter data to serve the election work. At the same time, request the People's Committees of communes and wards to coordinate with the Standing Committee of the People's Council and the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee at the same level to establish the Election Committees of communes and wards according to regulations...
