Tuy An Nam Commune Administrative Service Center
According to a quick report as of 12:00 on November 28, 2025, many IT equipment at the Centers were damaged. Specifically, 02 automatic queue number machines, 04 number display screens, 26 computers (with scanners), 05 administrative procedure lookup devices and 06 network equipment systems were affected, with a total statistical damage value of 1,443,950,000 VND.
However, the maintenance of public administration activities is still focused on. At the time of reporting, 99 commune-level units and provincial centers are still operating normally; 03 commune-level units have been temporarily restored to operate, including Dong Hoa Ward, Hoa Xuan Commune and Tuy An Tay Commune.
One of the difficulties noted is that digital certificates and digital signatures issued by specialized agencies are damaged or washed away by floods. To ensure the activities of cadres, civil servants and public employees at the grassroots level, the Department of Science and Technology has proactively coordinated and proposed to prioritize the re-issuance of digital certificates to affected communes and wards.
In addition, the basic internet transmission system has been restored; the Department also requested that telecommunications enterprises in the area prioritize ensuring connection and technical support so that the Public Administration Service Centers can maintain stable operations. For units that are operating temporarily, service to the people is maintained but only at a basic level, not fully meeting all procedures.
With a proactive and responsible spirit, the provincial science and technology sector continues to closely coordinate with relevant agencies and units to overcome the consequences of natural disasters, and soon bring public administrative activities in the area back to stability and smoothness.
