Bach Thao Ngan entertainment area project invested by Thanh Trung Transport and Trade Service Company Limited in 2017 with a scale of more than 5 hectares, including 6 sub-areas: Hotel, restaurant (resort); sports training area, multi-purpose gymnasium; swimming pool area; entertainment area; livestock area, agricultural services and ecological garden around the stream. Total investment capital is over 205 billion VND.
Bach Thao Ngan is constructed with modern items but prioritizes retaining and harmoniously combining with existing natural conditions. The project surrounds a natural stream about 400 m long and is built up with yards, green grass hills, rows of coconut trees, Son La plums and many species of flowers and trees, shade trees to ensure the criteria of green space, green environment with green canopy covering 70% of the area, diverse flora and fauna (on land, underwater).
The system of auxiliary works, including internal roads, flower gardens, fences... are all meticulously cared for. Grass carpets and flowers are planted interspersed with large natural stone blocks transported from Yen Bai province. There are internal roads, both sides of the road are paved with white gravel to massage bare feet, avoid slipping, bring a cool, close, friendly feeling, no different from the garden area in resorts anywhere.

Bach Thao Ngan is a complex of entertainment, meeting the needs of entertainment, tourism, sports, and relaxation of many ages. Currently, the water park has been basically completed. There is a modern electrical system that is operated automatically; there is a spacious inventory management area that is implemented by facial recognition; there is a waiting area and a light meal service. The artificial wave pool area, the thrilling slide pool with 3 slide lanes, the children's play pool, the lazy river and the competition-standard swimming pool... are built on a large scale and are modern, sure to bring visitors memorable experiences.

Ms. Hoang Thi Mai, Chairwoman of the Board of Directors, Director of Thanh Trung Transport and Trading Service Company Limited, said that she had visited many entertainment and recreation areas at home and abroad and realized that the demand for entertainment and recreation of the people of our province was large but there was a lack of large-scale, modern entertainment and recreation venues. In addition, the company had land available for business and agricultural production. Based on those conditions, she and the shareholders of the company decided to change direction, investing large capital, with the most modern equipment to serve the entertainment, recreation and resort needs of the people in the province and neighboring provinces. In particular, creating a place to organize events (weddings, conferences, seminars), sports competitions (swimming, football...), team and group activities for units and businesses; sightseeing, agricultural production experience, ornamental plants for students... The project items are implemented to ensure regulations on environmental protection, fire prevention and fighting, security and order, labor safety. In particular, creating jobs for more than 100 local workers with jobs such as ornamental plant care, rescue, bartender, service...
Currently, the company is also urging the construction of other items such as a sports stadium, 2 artificial football fields for adults, 1 artificial football field for children; 70% completion of the 5-storey hotel, with 45 4-star branded rooms (12 family rooms and 5 community guesthouses) and a 3-storey event organizer; landscape area, park, indoor and outdoor playground, ecological garden including cultivation, livestock, ornamental plants, etc. Bach Thao Ngan is expected to open and operate the outdoor playground items (water park) on April 30, 2024.
Comrade Do Dinh Dat, Vice Chairman of Tuyen Quang City People's Committee, stated that the completion and operation of Bach Thao Ngan Amusement Park Project will contribute to solving part of the problem of places for entertainment, relaxation, accommodation and organizing events when tourists choose Tuyen Quang as a destination in their travel itinerary. Bach Thao Ngan is also a highlight, creating a recreational and entertainment environment close to nature for children through activities and agricultural production practices; creating a fresh natural landscape for the city, bringing interesting and memorable experiences to each visitor. On the other hand, Bach Thao Ngan Amusement Park Project also contributes to building a synchronous and modern tourism infrastructure, promoting the rapid and sustainable development of the city's tourism industry.
