During the past term, under the leadership of the superior Party Committee, the Provincial Social Insurance Party Committee has actively innovated the content and methods of leadership, proactively and creatively advised and organized the implementation of policies and resolutions of the Central Government, the province and the Provincial Party Committee and People's Committee, contributing to ensuring social security in the locality.
Party building work was strengthened, the activities of the Party Executive Committee and affiliated Party cells were innovated, the quality of activities was focused on, the leadership capacity and fighting strength of the Party organization were improved. Emulation movements were organized practically and extensively in agencies and units. The goals set out in the Resolution of the 5th Congress were basically completed.

In the 2025-2030 term, the Party Committee of Tuyen Quang Provincial Social Insurance is determined to lead, direct, promote creativity, strive to fulfill the targets and tasks set out in the Resolution of the Provincial Social Insurance Party Congress; strive to complete the targets and tasks assigned by Vietnam Social Insurance, contributing to stabilizing social security in the area.
The Congress has set out 7 targets along with tasks and solutions for implementation in the coming time. Therein, focusing on closely coordinating with departments, branches, sectors and organizations in implementing policies and laws on social insurance and health insurance; promoting implementation and diversifying forms of communication; synchronously deploying groups of solutions to develop participants; promoting administrative procedure reform...
Along with that, continue to strengthen the Party building work; well implement the regulations on exemplary responsibility of cadres and party members. At the same time, build a clean and strong party organization, a team of party committee cadres with sufficient qualities, capacity, prestige, meeting the requirements of tasks in the new situation. With the motto "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Efficiency - Breakthrough - Development", the Social Insurance Party Committee strives to excellently complete the tasks for the period 2025 - 2030.
