The report at the Conference showed that in the first 9 months of 2024, the Party Committee closely coordinated with the Party Executive Committee to closely follow the Resolutions and Conclusions of the Central Committee, the National Assembly, and the Government related to the field of ethnic affairs; focused on directing affiliated party organizations, departments, and units to well perform the political tasks of the agency, focusing on the Action Program to implement Resolution No. 01/NQ-CP dated January 5, 2024 of the Government; the National Target Program on Socio-Economic Development in Ethnic Minority and Mountainous Areas for the 2021-2025 period and implementing programs and projects assigned by the Government.
The Executive Committee and the Standing Committee are united, consistent, strictly implementing working regulations, gradually innovating working methods; focusing on leading and directing subordinate party organizations, cadres, party members and mass organizations in the agency to well perform assigned political tasks. Right from the beginning of the year, the Party Committee promptly issued documents to lead and direct the implementation of political tasks and Party building work; effectively promoting the role of the Standing Committee and the Executive Committee; promptly implementing urgent tasks directed by the superior party committee.
The Party Committee has focused on directing the inspection and supervision work within the Party Committee, from which the results of the inspection and supervision work have had many positive changes, contributing to the good implementation of the inspection and supervision plan set forth by the Party Committee and the Party Committee's Inspection Committee.
The Party Committees of the subordinate Party organizations have promoted the leadership role of the Party organization, closely coordinated with the leaders of the departments and units in directing and implementing professional tasks according to assigned functions and tasks; promptly implemented tasks according to the direction of the Party Committee of the agency and the Party's directives and resolutions.
Regarding the ideological situation of cadres and party members, the vast majority of party members in the Party Committee have a firm ideological stance, are confident in their work, always uphold the spirit of solidarity and unity, overcome difficulties, and complete assigned tasks well; strictly comply with the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws; each party member in the Party Committee is clearly aware of what party members are not allowed to do, take the lead in maintaining ethical lifestyles; participate in party activities at their place of residence, regularly maintain contact with the Party cell and grassroots party committees, and set an example in fulfilling their civic duties at their place of residence. Up to now, there have been no party members who have degraded in ideology, ethics, or lifestyle; or shown signs of "self-evolution" or "self-transformation".
Promoting the positive results achieved, in the last 3 months of 2024, the Party Committee will continue to closely coordinate with the Party Executive Committee and the Committee's leadership to lead and direct affiliated Party organizations, departments and units to effectively implement professional tasks according to the work plan approved by the Committee's leadership in 2024. Organize a conference to study, learn, disseminate and develop a plan to implement the Resolution of the 10th Conference of the 13th Party Central Committee; a thematic conference on "Awareness of non-traditional security in the spirit of the 13th National Party Congress" and a dialogue conference between the Party Committee Secretary, leaders of departments and units with cadres, party members, civil servants, public employees and workers.
Organize the implementation of Plan No. 182-KH/ĐUK dated July 29, 2024 of the Party Committee of the Central Agencies on organizing Party congresses at all levels, towards the 14th Congress of Delegates of the Party Committee of the Central Agencies for the 2025-2030 term and the 14th National Congress of the Party to ensure compliance with regulations. The conference reviewed the planning of Party committees and Party Inspection Committees; approved the draft plan for the Congresses of affiliated Party organizations towards the 9th Congress of the Party Committee of the Ethnic Committee, term 2025 - 2030 and the draft decisions to establish Subcommittees to serve the Congress; approved the draft assignment of tasks of the Party Executive Committee of the Ethnic Committee, term VIII, term 2020 - 2025 (amended); approved the Report on Party development work.
Concluding the Conference, Party Secretary Hau A Lenh highly appreciated the efforts and results that the Party Committee has achieved in the first 9 months of 2024.
