Speaking at the congress, Major General Hua Van Tuong, on behalf of the Party Committee and the Military Region 5 Command, acknowledged and commended the results that the Party Committee of Coffee 15 Company Limited has achieved in the 2020-2025 term. Regarding the tasks for the 2025-2030 term, Major General Hua Van Tuong requested the Party Committee of Coffee 15 Company Limited to thoroughly grasp and strictly implement the resolutions, directives and orders of the Ministry of National Defense and Military Region 5 on military and defense tasks, production and business combined with military and defense; focus on implementing solutions and breakthroughs to lead the excellent completion of political tasks, such as: Combat training, regular construction, discipline enforcement; effective management and use of defense land, production land, and project land; strict forest protection. Proactively coordinate with local Party committees, authorities, and military forces to grasp the situation, promptly detect and resolve situations, avoid being passive or surprised, and contribute to political stability and social order and safety in the area.

The Congress elected the Party Executive Committee for the 2025-2030 term; elected the delegation to attend the 11th Party Congress of Military Region 5, ensuring the correct principles, structure, democracy, solidarity and high unity.
