HNP - On the afternoon of January 14th, the Party Committee of Giang Vo Ward held the first meeting of the Ward Party Committee Executive Board, term 2025-2030.

The Executive Committee of the Giang Vo Ward Party Committee voted at the meeting.

At the conference, the Executive Committee of the Giang Vo Ward Party Committee reviewed 7 work programs for the entire term of the Executive Committee and the Standing Committee of the Ward Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term.

Specifically, the 7 programs include: The program "Enhancing the leadership capacity and fighting strength of Party organizations and the quality of cadres and Party members, promoting the role of leaders; building a streamlined, strong, efficient, and effective political system in Giang Vo ward for the period 2025-2030";

The program "Strengthening the Party's leadership, promoting the role of agencies and organizations in the political system to improve the effectiveness of the fight against corruption, waste, and negative phenomena in the period 2025-2030";

The program "Developing socio-cultural careers, improving the quality of life for the people, building elegant, civilized, and compassionate people of Giang Vo; developing the education sector, improving the quality of education, and building a modern knowledge ecosystem in the period 2025-2030";

The program "Developing science and technology, digital transformation, and applying technology in leadership and management, giai đoạn 2025-2030";

Program “ Economic Development Plan for Giang Vo Ward, 2025-2030”;

Program “Urban Planning, Construction, Management and Development of Giang Vo Ward, 2025-2030”;

Program "Ensuring national defense and security in Giang Vo ward for the term 2025-2030".

Party Secretary and Chairman of the People's Council of Giang Vo Ward, Tong Hoc Nghia, delivered a speech at the conference.

The conference also reviewed the 2026 work program of the Executive Committee and Standing Committee of the Ward Party Committee. In particular, Giang Vo Ward will continue to effectively implement the resolutions of the Party congresses at all levels, in conjunction with developing, disseminating, and implementing action programs to ensure practicality and effectiveness. At the same time, the ward will focus on leading and successfully organizing the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and deputies to the People's Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term within the ward.

Notably, the Party Committee of Giang Vo Ward is also focusing resources and manpower, mobilizing the combined strength of the entire political system to thoroughly address the five "bottlenecks" in the ward regarding urban order, traffic congestion, environmental pollution, flooding, and food safety and hygiene, striving to exceed the targets and indicators for 2026.

Giang Vo Ward continues to effectively implement the Code of Conduct for officials, civil servants, and employees in agencies under the city government, as well as regulations on the exemplary conduct of officials and Party members, especially the role, responsibility, and exemplary behavior of leaders at all levels and sectors within the political system…

In 2026, the Party Committee and Standing Committee of the ward will also strengthen the application of information technology, promote digital transformation, and reform administrative procedures within the Party; effectively implement anti-corruption and anti-negative practices, practice thrift, and combat waste; improve citizen reception and handling of complaints and denunciations; strengthen inspection and supervision, focusing on inspecting and supervising the implementation of political tasks in 2026; and inspect the operation of the political system.
