On the occasion of the 79th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam People's Army (December 22, 1944 - December 22, 2023), the 34th anniversary of the National Defense Day (December 22, 1989 - December 22, 2023), on December 15, the delegation of the Party Committee, the Provincial Military Command, officers and soldiers of the provincial armed forces offered incense to commemorate the heroic martyrs at the Provincial Martyrs' Memorial.
Attending the incense offering ceremony were comrades: Colonel Dinh Cong Thanh, member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Commander of the Provincial Military Command; Colonel Dinh Cong Luu, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command, and comrades in the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, Head of the Provincial Military Command; leaders of the Military Commands of districts and cities in the province.
In a solemn atmosphere, the delegation respectfully laid a wreath with the words "Forever grateful to the heroic martyrs" and offered incense to commemorate the heroic martyrs who bravely fought and sacrificed for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland, for the happiness of the people.
In front of the heroic martyrs, officers and soldiers of the provincial armed forces vow to promote the heroic and steadfast tradition of previous generations, unite and strive to build a strong national defense, build a revolutionary, disciplined, elite, and gradually modern Vietnam People's Army, meeting the requirements of the tasks in the new period, contributing worthily to the cause of building and firmly defending the socialist Fatherland of Vietnam, further embellishing the fine traditions of the land and people of Ninh Binh .
