The Party Committee of the Ministry of Industry and Trade issued Official Dispatch No. 389-CV/DUB dated November 27 on supporting people in the Central and Central Highlands regions affected by floods.

Official dispatch No. 389-CV/DUB stated that in recent days, people in the Central and Central Highlands provinces have been struggling to cope with exceptionally heavy rain and floods, causing heavy damage to people and property. Many households and individuals need support and assistance.

Responding to the launch of the Presidium of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front on the campaign " All people support the people of the Central and Central Highlands regions to overcome the consequences of floods ", with the spirit of " Mutual love ", " The whole leaf covers the torn leaf ", " Love others as you love yourself "; implementing the Official Dispatch No. 132CV/DU dated November 25, 2025 of the Government Party Committee, the Party Committee of the Ministry of Industry and Trade requested the affiliated party organizations to lead and direct agencies, units and enterprises to share and provide spiritual and material support, contributing together with the Party and State to support the people of the Central and Central Highlands regions to overcome the damage caused by the floods; continue to mobilize cadres, civil servants, public employees, union members and workers to promote the tradition of humanity, share and support the people of the flood-affected areas to overcome this difficult time; help people have more resources to overcome the consequences, soon stabilize their lives, rebuild production and return to normal life.

“ Organizations, agencies, units, and individuals will organize donations from November 28, 2025 to December 5, 2025 ,” Official Dispatch No. 389-CV/DUB stated. The donations will be sent to the Central Relief Mobilization Committee.

As of November 25, 2025, more than 1.05 million people and nearly 61,000 businesses have donated through the Central Relief Mobilization Committee with a total registered amount of more than VND 2,088.5 billion. Of which, units registered through the Central Relief Mobilization Committee but directly transferred support to localities of VND 1,118.5 billion; units, organizations and individuals transferred money or cash directly to the Central Relief Mobilization Committee of over VND 970 billion.
