The Party Committee of Brigade 299 focuses on leading the successful completion of all aspects of work.

On December 2, the Party Committee of Brigade 299 (12th Corps) held a conference to issue a resolution on leadership in implementing tasks in 2026. Major General Nguyen Ba Hao, member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, Political Commissar of the 12th Corps attended and directed the conference. Also attending were heads of agencies and representatives of functional departments of the 12th Corps.

At the conference, the Brigade Party Committee thoroughly grasped the conclusion of the Standing Committee of the 12th Corps Party Committee on evaluating and classifying the quality of party organizations and party members in 2025. Accordingly, the Brigade Party Committee and Party Committee were classified as "Completing tasks well".

Delegates attending the Conference issued a resolution on leadership in implementing the 2026 tasks of the Party Committee of Brigade 299.

The conference approved the draft report summarizing the implementation of tasks in 2025, noting that the Brigade has well implemented directives and regulations on combat readiness work at all levels; strictly maintained the discipline and regime of combat readiness duty; organized patrols, guarding, and military control to ensure absolute safety of targets, especially during holidays, Tet, and important political events of the country; well performed the task of building national defense works; cleared and handled bombs, mines, and explosives according to plan, with absolute safety; political and ideological education, discipline enforcement, and regular construction achieved many positive results; ensured good logistics, techniques, and finances for tasks; and the soldiers' lives were stable. Party building work was strengthened, living principles were maintained, and internal solidarity and unity were maintained.

Based on a correct assessment of the situation, the Brigade Party Committee discussed and contributed many enthusiastic and responsible opinions to complete the leadership resolution to implement the tasks in 2026. The resolution clearly identified policies, tasks, and key solutions, focusing on improving the quality of training and combat readiness; promoting digital transformation; strengthening the building of discipline and training; ensuring good logistics and technical aspects; improving the quality of cadres and party members; and strengthening inspection and supervision work.

In his speech, Major General Nguyen Ba Hao commended the results achieved by the Brigade in 2025, and at the same time requested the Brigade Party Committee to continue promoting solidarity, innovating leadership methods, proactively overcoming difficulties, and continuing to lead and direct the successful implementation of tasks in 2026.

The conference also conducted official party transfer examinations and admitted new party members, ensuring proper procedures and standards; reported on the results of implementing the Party Committee's leadership regulations on key work aspects in 2025.

At the end of the conference, 100% of Party members voted unanimously to pass the resolution on leadership in implementing tasks in 2026; at the same time, assigning tasks to agencies and units for implementation, ensuring that the resolution soon comes into practice, creating strong changes in all aspects of work.
