In 2025, the Quang Ngai Provincial Military Party Committee strictly implemented the leadership resolution and tasks of the 5th Military Region Party Committee and the Quang Ngai Provincial Party Committee, achieving many important results. Specifically, it advised the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee on comprehensively leading and directing local defense and military tasks after the reorganization of the two-tiered local government; the provincial armed forces maintained strict training and combat readiness, proactively preventing and combating natural disasters, and conducting rescue operations; the construction of the defense zone was implemented effectively; and the program of education and training in national defense and security knowledge for all target groups was completed, reaching 100% of the plan. In 2026, the Quang Ngai Provincial Military Party Committee will lead the provincial armed forces to continue maintaining their core role in building a national defense system; building a national defense posture linked with people's security; building a "lean, efficient, and strong" force; and ensuring that 100% of communes, wards, and special zones in the province are strong in national defense, with at least 70% achieving comprehensive strength.

Continue to implement the comprehensive development of "exemplary and outstanding" units, linked with building strong Party organizations in terms of politics, ideology, ethics, organization, and personnel. Continue to effectively implement the three breakthroughs in the Resolution of the First Provincial Military Party Congress, term 2025-2030, focusing on improving the quality of building regular discipline, managing law enforcement and discipline, and improving the quality of competitions and sports events.

Speaking at the conference, Comrade Ho Van Nien commended and highly appreciated the achievements of the Quang Ngai Provincial Military Party Committee in the past period; at the same time, he requested the Provincial Military Party Committee to continue to focus on thoroughly understanding the Party's guidelines and viewpoints on military and national defense work, the task of protecting the Fatherland in the new situation; and the Resolutions of the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term.
