In 2025, under the direct leadership and direction of the Provincial Party Committee and Military Region 1, the armed forces of Thai Nguyen province have successfully completed their tasks, many targets have been met and exceeded. Advisory work for Party committees and authorities on building defense zones has been closely implemented; exercises at all levels have been safe and effective; military recruitment has reached 100% of targets; the quality of militia, self-defense forces and reserve mobilization has been improved.

The provincial military strictly maintained training regime, combat readiness, proactively prevented and fought natural disasters, and carried out search and rescue; political work had many innovations; the provincial Military Party Committee successfully organized the congress for the 2025-2030 term.

In addition to the achieved results, the conference delegates also frankly pointed out some limitations such as: Consulting work in some contents is not in-depth; digital transformation is still slow; the responsibility of setting an example of some officials is not high.

Promoting the experience and achievements, in 2026, the Provincial Military Party Committee will lead the Provincial Armed Forces to continue to maintain the core role in building the all-people national defense; building the all-people national defense posture associated with people's security; building a "lean, compact, strong" force; building a clean and strong Party Committee, a comprehensively strong unit that is "exemplary and typical".
