Proud of the glorious history of the Party

As a person with many years of experience in Party work in the country, when he was assigned to be in charge of Party work in a large area, during more than 2 years of "going on a mission", Mr. Nguyen Duy Phong had the opportunity to visit "red addresses" which are relics associated with the process of preparing and establishing the Communist Party of Vietnam in Guangzhou city (Guangdong province), Hong Kong (China).

Sharing about unforgettable memories when visiting the Vietnam Revolutionary Youth Association headquarters and visiting the grave of martyr Pham Hong Thai in Guangzhou city, Mr. Nguyen Duy Phong said that the relics and artifacts that the local government has painstakingly preserved and displayed are valuable documents about a difficult, arduous but also very heroic journey when leader Nguyen Ai Quoc opened many revolutionary political training classes, and together with senior revolutionaries actively prepared political, ideological and organizational conditions for the establishment of the Party to move towards realizing the path of national salvation.

Mr. Nguyen Duy Phong affirmed that learning about the glorious history of the Party further strengthens the awareness that the decisive factor for all victories of the Vietnamese revolution is the Party's wise leadership. In the context that our country is entering a new era - the era of national development, with great expectations for the prosperous development of the country and the happiness of the people through two important milestones: the 100th anniversary of the Party's founding and the 100th anniversary of the country's founding, the Party's leadership role must be promoted and highlighted more than ever.

Only when the Party's policies and decisions on socio-economic development, national defense and security, international integration, anti-corruption, negativity, waste; streamlining the apparatus; developing science, technology, innovation and digital transformation... are realized and put into practice with the participation of the entire political system and all people, can the goals and expectations for development in the era of rising up become reality.

As a person doing Party work abroad with many difficulties due to the large area, differences in language, culture..., Mr. Nguyen Duy Phong affirmed that those doing Party work abroad in general, and in China in particular, still have the same enthusiasm for their work, work hard day and night, become the extended arms of the Party, contributing to gathering, uniting, and promoting the role of a large number of Party members living, studying, and working abroad.

Since the beginning of 2023, Party work in China has been comprehensively innovated, with the strong participation of Party committees at all levels, aiming to improve the quality of activities, promote the leadership and orientation role of Party committees and Party organizations in the implementation of political tasks. Party committees in China and their affiliated Party cells have always been clean, strong, exemplary, and capable of leading the excellent completion of political tasks.

Responding to the launch of the Party Committee in China, a Vietnamese student studying abroad in Nanjing city won the Political Writing Contest on protecting the Party's ideological foundation.

According to Mr. Nguyen Duy Phong, the Party's leadership role must be demonstrated through the exemplary and pioneering role of each cadre and party member, including those living and working abroad. Over the past two years, the Party Committee in China has paid great attention to the work of discovering and nurturing outstanding people among cadres in representative agencies and workers and overseas students in the area, thereby recruiting dozens of new party members each year.

In particular, positive factors and bright spots in the work of protecting the Party's ideological foundation have been widely replicated, thereby encouraging a large number of cadres, party members and the masses to participate in the political writing contest on this field. The number of quality entries has increased, many of which have won awards from the Party Committee of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Party Committee of the Central Agencies.

"Every cadre and party member living and working abroad in general, and in China in particular, firmly believes in the Party's leadership in the new era, to lead the country to realize the goals of prosperous and happy development. Through actively responding to movements and campaigns; proactively and creatively implementing the Party's policies and guidelines according to the local situation, we wish to contribute to the overall development of the Party and the country," Mr. Nguyen Duy Phong shared.

Mr. Le Duc Anh, Secretary of the Party Cell of Vietnamese Students in Beijing:

As a PhD student in Environmental Engineering at Beijing University of Technology, Mr. Le Duc Anh is currently the Secretary of the Party Cell of Vietnamese Overseas Students in Beijing with 50 Party members, studying at many universities and institutes in Beijing with many different majors and levels of study. In recent times, the Party Cell has taken advantage of its large number of Party members, many of whom have experience in Youth Union-Association activities, to maintain orientation and leadership for the organization of overseas students in Beijing, especially orientation in organizing programs and activities to connect the community, promote the image of the country, enhance the image of overseas students and the friendly Vietnamese community; promote the spirit of mutual love, turn to compatriots in annual volunteer activities or support compatriots affected by natural disasters and floods.

Sharing his feelings before the moment of celebrating the 95th anniversary of the Party's founding, Mr. Le Duc Anh said that over the past 95 years, the history of the Vietnamese revolution has shown that, with its wise leadership, our Party has led the nation to one victory after another, creating miracles in the national liberation revolution, building the country, arousing the will of self-reliance, self-reliance, and national pride of every Vietnamese person.

"From such great historical values, I myself always place the greatest expectations on the Party's leadership in the new era of development of the country, so that the Party's will is responded to and believed by all classes of people. I have complete confidence in the era of national development, the decisions in the new situation, the success of the 14th Party Congress and the country's development goals until 2030 (the 100th anniversary of the Party's founding) and 2045 (the 100th anniversary of the country's founding); our country will achieve brilliant socio-economic achievements and enhance Vietnam's position in the international arena," Mr. Le Duc Anh emphasized.

As a secretary of the overseas students' party cell, Mr. Le Duc Anh affirmed that he will make every effort to ensure the continuity of the Party's will to the party members and the overseas student community, so that each individual is an ambassador promoting the image of the country and people of Vietnam as a friendly country to international friends, and the overseas student community will become increasingly stronger and have absolute trust in the leadership of the Party.

Introducing the achievements of the Party and the country to the world

Ms. Vu Khanh Ly graduated with a master's degree from China University of Mining and Technology in 2023.

With the characteristics of a Party cell with Party members who are workers working in different areas in the vast East China region, the Party Cell of Vietnamese Workers in Shanghai and the East China region, with Ms. Vu Khanh Ly as Secretary, has overcome difficulties in Party development work, organizing Party activities, gathering Party members who always look towards the Fatherland, calling for new investment sources for the country...

Speaking to Nhan Dan Newspaper reporters, Ms. Vu Khanh Ly said that on the occasion of the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam, every Party member, whether at home or abroad, can deeply feel the value and responsibility that the Party has shouldered in the country's development journey. For herself, Ms. Vu Khanh Ly believes that this is not only an opportunity to review the glorious history of the Party, but also an opportunity to recognize the role and development of the Party in a new context, full of challenges and opportunities.

"I believe that the Party will continue to play a leading role, setting out guidelines and policies to promote economic development, firmly protect independence and sovereignty and promote the combined strength of the entire nation. Especially, in the context of a rapidly changing world, with the development of technology and global trends, the Party will proactively and creatively propose appropriate solutions, while maintaining the national cultural identity and ensuring political and social stability," Ms. Vu Khanh Ly shared.

Expressing her hope that the Party will continue to promote innovation, constantly improve people's quality of life, strive to eliminate hunger and reduce poverty, develop education, science and technology and connect with the world, Ms. Vu Khanh Ly said that the Party also needs to pay special attention to environmental protection, solve social problems, ensure fairness and progress in society.

As a party member living far from the country, Ms. Vu Khanh Ly affirmed that she will try to contribute to common tasks such as promoting and introducing the country, Vietnamese people, and the development achievements of the Party and the nation to the world; actively participating in community activities, supporting connections between Vietnam and other countries, especially in the fields of technology or culture; thereby, making a small but meaningful contribution to the common cause of the Party and the country.
