Reporting at the conference, up to this point, localities have implemented and completed about 57% of the assigned plan, the remaining 43% of the tasks are determined to be completed by December 31, 2025.
According to comments at the meeting, localities said they are facing many difficulties and problems related to the quality of digital infrastructure; lack of specialized human resources in science , technology, innovation and digital transformation, especially at the grassroots level; slow or incomplete mechanisms and policies; confusion in allocating funds to the commune level after implementing the 2-level local government model and approving standards for specialized equipment in the field of digital transformation.
In addition, difficulties in regulations related to financial resources; the quality of online public services provided has not met actual requirements... have affected the implementation of Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW.
Speaking at the conference, comrade Nguyen Huy Dung, full-time member of the Central Steering Committee on Science, Technology, Innovation and Digital Transformation, requested localities to make efforts to direct and urge the implementation of tasks with deadlines until December 31, 2025, ensuring the schedule. Continue to review difficulties and obstacles in the process of implementing tasks and actively coordinate with relevant ministries and branches to research solutions to resolve them as soon as possible.
Comrade Nguyen Huy Dung affirmed that the Interdisciplinary Working Group will always accompany and support localities in resolving problems arising in the process of performing tasks, aiming to effectively complete assigned targets in science and technology development, innovation and digital transformation, promoting socio -economic growth in the coming time.
